EDIT: Oh, and BOF is actually pretty good, one of the first dramas I've seen, probably #6ish for me. And Coffee Prince was actually the first kdrama I watched, it was pretty okay, didn't really like it much, but everyone says it's good. I'll maybe have to rewatch it later. And City Hunter comes in around #7/8 for me just because + Show Spoiler + the ending was super crappy. It ended too quickly and stupidly. It's like they ran out of money/time and just needed to end it lol, but oh well And it's just the characters, not the actresses/actors, that's how I look at it. 1) Thanks for all your help (not just the person I quoted)!! I will be watching IRIS next, then see where I can go from there. 2) Not sure if right thread, but any good k-movie recommendations? 3) Eunjung: My prejudice towards her doesn't make sense and I wish it would go away. Stupid brain...

I'm learning Korean for Dramas and SC2 and I wonder how hard they are to understand.

The only good thing about this drama was getting to see Im Suhyang approximately twice a week. + Show Spoiler + ![]() Total lack of story, very little in the way of drama and there was no spark between the leads. This could have been a 1 or 2 part drama and have retained all of it's story that people who watched it will remember by the end of the week. AGD and Big better not stumble at the last hurdle. Growiel, I can watch without and generally understand what is going on, but I think so long as it's not your only study resource, watching with subs is a nice way to support your learning. Eventually you won't really need them.

This is headed right into my top 3. There is a Shin Minah drama coming up soon, should tide me over for a while because I'm going to miss Minjung's sexy face.

+ Show Spoiler + It took until the last 3 minutes of the second to last episode for something to finally happen lol. That confession was much more straightforward that I could have imagined. It's such a sharp contrast from the attitude of the rest of the drama which made it really powerful. That's also probably the only thing that's gonna save it from seeming rushed. Now everyone knows, which resolves almost every issue in one small dialogue. Pretty brilliant imo. Although I have a bad feeling after watching the preview that it's gonna be one of those cliffhanger endings where he wakes up and you don't know if he remembers or not. If that happens I may just have to stop watching kdramas lol. And to the person below me, check out Ghost.

What Drama would you guys recommend to start with ? You can consider my KDrama experience null. One that is not too hard to understand without the subtitles (let's combine learning and fun, shall we ?) would be neat ! Thanks.
