@aloT: are you sure BIG only has 16 episodes? kbs world says its "18 eps a 70min"... i started watching smile you just before big started and both dramas are great, not just for Lee Min Jung^^ but i have to admit that she is by far my favorite, so i googled her and found out her hobby is actually playing Starcraft!! I guess i just found the perfect woman :D Now, does anyone know what her upcoming projects are?

My rankings (personal preference) of all 5 k-dramas I have seen: 1) My Girlfriend is a Gumiho (obv) 2) City Hunter (really good, dragged a little circa 12-15 and ending was okay imo) 3) Secret Garden (good but not great) 4) Dream High (didn't like the ending, characters are okay, will explain more later) 5) BIG (ending could boost it to 4) Again, these are just personal preferences based on my likes. City Hunter Spoiler+ Show Spoiler + I guess I have a strong sense of justice or something, but when Lee Yoon-Sung said that he could see the light at the end of the tunnel, implying that he and Na Na Bear can be together. And then later the audience is left to wonder, that pisses me off. I just don't think it is fair to Na Na, he promised her. Aish!! Does anyone else ever have this problem? I also watch/listen to kpop but after watch Dream High I can't get over seeing a kpop idol as being the character in DH + Show Spoiler + 1st <3 T-Ara and Eunjung is great but now when I watch T-ara perform and Eunjung is on screen I just think that she is this conniving, back stabbing, good for nothing person (obv exaggerating, but it still sucks). It really bugs me because I know she was just acting in DH. But I can't seem to get over it. Help? Is it possible to help me. My wishlist: IRIS Boys Before Flowers 49 Days Coffee Prince Suggestions or Warnings?

Eunjung became good (or rather she cleared up her misunderstandings with Suzy) in Dream High though, and her hating Suzy was completely justified after Suzy basically crapped on their friendship during the audition to get into the school.

The only one of those that I've seen is BOF (I really need to watch Iris though). I've seen BOF get a lot of hate but I thought it was a fun and cute drama, plus I thought Lee Min Ho did a great job. I'd recommend adding Rooftop Prince to that list, it was amazing. Best K-drama I've seen.

What confuses me even more is how Suzy can act so annoying and spoiled in dramas, while in variety shows she's so strangely awkward. I keep asking myself what her "natural" personality must be like. Is she naturally awkward, yet has really good acting skills in terms of playing a bratty character? Or Is she naturally bratty at times, and composes herself in front of real crowds? Eunjung I kind of get because her role as the antagonist feels really weak and doesn't quite fit her well.

Predictable maybe, but definitely not stereotypical or cliche compared to other Kdramas. There's none of that marriage social status crap, everything is portrayed in a believable(and understandable) way, and the story focuses more on the dreams and aspirations of its characters then the romance, giving it a stronger purpose and theme. You can believe that these characters could be walking down the street next to yo, you can't believe that a character from let's say Coffee Prince or Boys Over Flowers could ever be real.

My wishlist: IRIS Boys Before Flowers 49 Days Coffee Prince Suggestions or Warnings? Seen all those and IRIS is #2 on my list, 49 days is #3 of all kdramas I've seen. EDIT: Oh, and BOF is actually pretty good, one of the first dramas I've seen, probably #6ish for me. And Coffee Prince was actually the first kdrama I watched, it was pretty okay, didn't really like it much, but everyone says it's good. I'll maybe have to rewatch it later. And City Hunter comes in around #7/8 for me just because + Show Spoiler + the ending was super crappy. It ended too quickly and stupidly. It's like they ran out of money/time and just needed to end it lol, but oh well And it's just the characters, not the actresses/actors, that's how I look at it.

Eunjung I kind of get because her role as the antagonist feels really weak and doesn't quite fit her well. both of these (dramas and varieties) are scripted, so if you're looking to get a better picture of their actual character neither of these will give you accurate answers. interviews and fancams/selcas are better representations, but it probably goes without saying that short of befriending/living with them irl, you'll never know what they're like.
