So Walt wasn't in immediate danger(yet), but put himself there to protect Hank?
He can't run, he can't cook, he can't kill Jesse, he can't get to Gus. He has no choice but to go to the DEA for protection?

holy shittttttttt insane episode.
the laugh was so creepy but awesome

...
Anyways im excited to see how this transitions into the next season, personally I think they arent going to get the DEA involved. If they did they'd probably go into witness protection and that is too easy of an ending especially when theres another season coming up :o

I'm still a little confused as to why Gus hates Walt so much, but is fine with Jesse. I know Walt helped Jesse kill those two meth dealers, I know Walt ordered Jesse to kill Gale, but all of those were Walt's responses to Jesse's screwing up. Jesse was the one going to kill the drug dealers and Jesse killed Gale because Gus was going to kill Walt and Jesse.
It used to be that Gus looked at Walt as the reasonable and intelligent end of the meth-making duo and he even didn't want to work with them at first because of Jesse. Then once Walt start protecting Jesse, Gus gets pissed at him? I feel like I'm missing something.

Dat episode.... wow.
Somebody gonna get hurt real bad.

That episode would have been perfect if it weren't for the poorly written Ted/Skyla arc. They made Ted too stupid to believe and then owned (probably killed) him in a completely pointless plot twist that seemed totally out of place.
I can't complain too much though. It was an amazing episode besides that little incident. And it may turn out less bad than I think it is with some good writing next episode I guess.

It's not pointless because now Walt can't disappear his family without the money.

I think it was hinted that Gus intended for Jesse to try to kill the meth dealers and get killed himself. Gus likes things tidy, and Walter continues to make things very, very messy. In addition, Gus HOLDS grudges. That dude in the wheelchair pissed him off by killing his friend (10+?) years ago and Gus wiped out his whole family, and visits him to rub his nose in it. Despite how forgiving Gus seems toward Jesse now, I think he would have no problem killing him if he becomes disposable, if only in retribution. That dude is cold.

best breaking bad ep yet, so excited for the next ep

I think theres more to it to be honest, he was really insistent on not being able to pay the IRS

Oh my god. That was an insane episode! Can't believe we have 2 more until this season is finished.
|
Wow ... I'm speechless, such a great episode. I got serious chills at the ending. I'm so hyped for the next episode I don't want to wait!
|
Thats what my prediction looks like, seeing as how this season progressed:
Just judging by the sheer amount of scenes they showed us where Gus is pictured as a cruel heartless and bad businessman i would say he will die next episode(s). They have made the audience ready for it and now he is "ripe". Probably Jesse overthinking the whole situation and then killing Gus while Walt is thinking about confessing everything to the DEA and Hank because its his only way out of it without getting him or his family killed. In the end it will be total chaos and at the edge of everyone dying or getting busted but Jesse will safe it all. Just like with Gus pictured as the bad guy thats going to die, Jesse has evolved into the heroe of this season.

insaaaane development of the story, i cant wait for the next episode. i cant even imagine how they gonna get out of this mess.

Shit just hit the fan. That laugh.. :|

will there really be a season 5 after this? i can't imagine how, but the writers always surprise me on this show, one of the reason i love it so much. last episode was just insane, absolutely insane, the whole season so far for that matter was insane. i'm extremely hyped to see how it continues and already fear the pause between season 4 and season 5 ._____.

That end scene with the pulsating bass went through me when wearing headphones.
Also, symbolism has been a prominent theme through BrBa, but the amount of symbolism in that episode was insane. This season just keeps getting better and better, although it pisses me off to know in a couple of weeks I'll be waiting months and months for S5
And loved the oranges reference
