Great Episode.

One thing I don't undetstand is the money problem. Skyler gave Ted $600.000 and Walt needs $500.000 to hide the family. Apparently, they don't have that much money, but i thought Walt made more than $1 mio. pr. month and he's been working for Gus for quite some time now.

Great episode, seems like there's no way out for Walt though... Maybe if Jessie takes out Gustavo like they've been planning to.

is it even known, if there will be a season after this? either gus will be killed or imprisoned, to let walt survive this season and both would kinda remove walt's need to continue cooking ...
and just another guy replacing gus and everything continues would be way too cheap of a solution for this show's standards.

dammn 1 week to wait. this show has the best/most cruel cliffhangers i have ever seen.

/edit
just googled it and there will be another season, which then will be the last.

Seriously, the music/audio in those last few minutes was well done.

I have no idea what's next, honestly, not a clue. I feel like someone important is going to die, but I can't decide on any of them. Some people are too important, others won't really resolve the issues. I don't even have a theory.

I vote for Walt Jr.

I hate Skyler because her parts of the show are so boring. I wish she wasn't so important because then we'd see more Jesse rants, Heisenberg, and Gus badass. Marie's kleptomania is five times more interesting than whatever they can show about Skyler.

Hope they kill Walt. This way the boring storylines and annoying characters (Marie, Hank, Skylar, Walt Jr.) disappear and they can concentrate on the interesting part (Gus, Jesse).

They're not going to kill the main character of the show when there is a whole other season left >_>
i was driving down the road this november eve and spotted a hitchhiker walking down the street. i pulled over and saw that it was only a tree. i uprooted it and put it in my trunk. do trees like marshmallow peeps? cause that's all i have and will have.

Didn't he say he was earning 2 millions a month or something? Sort of annoys me that 600k is now a huge sum of money. They bought the car wash for 800k, they pay for Hank's treatment and stuff, but still, they should have a lot left (they don't even pay taxes!!).

Also, they make White cry and apologize to his son thinking that it was Jesse after he got beaten down. Next time he sees Jesse, he's back to his dumb egoistic pride "omgomg they want to kill me".
Obviously if he still alive and Jesse already had been cooking, he wasn't going to get killed, thus he could properly apologize, try to go back to a normal relationship and get a status update on everyone. But no, he gotta act like a giant ass and get tazed and then when he meet Gus, it's even more pride that he shows. Even Gus is surprised that in White's position, this is how White thinks.

Such a dumb and trivial behaviour for what's supposed to be a really smart guy. It kinda irritates me when I watch these last episodes.

Also, symbolism has been a prominent theme through BrBa, but the amount of symbolism in that episode was insane. This season just keeps getting better and better, although it pisses me off to know in a couple of weeks I'll be waiting months and months for S5

And loved the oranges reference

There is another season after this
http://screenrant.com/breaking-bad-season-5-final-season-mcrid-128095/

AMC announced the renewal of its acclaimed series Breaking Bad this weekend, adding that the 5th season would be its last. Throughout its run, the show has garnered critical and viewer acclaim, and has been instrumental in AMC’s rise in the original programming scene.

Breaking Bad‘s fifth season will consist of 16 episodes – three more than we saw in seasons 2 – 4 (season 1 was only 7 episodes) . The extended order should give the writers some extra room to wrap up the series. The final episodes will begin airing in mid-2012.

The show has been a critical hit, winning six Emmy awards in three years. Series lead Bryan Cranston (who plays mild-mannered-school-teacher-turned-ruthless-meth-maker Walter White) has won Outstanding Lead Actor for an incredible three years running. The Season 4 premiere on July 17th scored an impressive (by cable standards) 2.6 million total viewers.

Creator Vince Gilligan had this to say on ending the successful series:

It’s a funny irony — I’d hate to know the date of my own last day on earth, but I’m delighted to know what Walter White’s will be (episodically speaking). This is a great gift to me and to my wonderful writers. It’s knowledge which will allow us to properly build our story to a satisfying conclusion… I’m lucky to get to work with them on sixteen more episodes, and I will always be grateful to both AMC and Sony Television, who from the beginning, believed in our show and supported me creatively and professionally. We have been able to take risks with Breaking Bad which would not have been possible on other networks.

If the drama onscreen has been compelling, it’s been nothing next to the behind-the-scenes events at AMC as of late. Budget issues led to rumors of a network change for Breaking Bad earlier this month. This followed a protracted negotiation for AMC’s flagship series Mad Men and a scandalous shake-up for The Walking Dead‘s production team – both reportedly due to AMC’s wishes to lower costs.

Some may balk at ending such a well-received show after only five years, and it would certainly be possible to extend it for at least another few seasons. The decision probably sprung somewhere between AMC’s continually tightening purse-strings and Breaking Bad writer/producer/director Vince Gilligan’s desire to end the series on a high note.

As a fan of Breaking Bad and its characters, I must say I’m excited to see the series end on a definitive and intentional timetable. Too many excellent shows are drawn out long past their sell-by date, ending on a protracted and sour final season. In the case of Breaking Bad, at least, viewers will be treated to a complete (and hopefully satisfying) story.

Breaking Bad is five episodes into its fourth season at the moment. The season 4 finale should air in mid-October.

Maybe AMC should expand beyond cable if they so broke. streaming service any1?

He very clearly states in an earlier episode this season that he makes $7.5 million a year. That is roughly $600,000 a month and he has only been working for Gus for a few months

When you factor in Saul's fees, his own treatment, Hank's treatment, the car wash, Ted's taxes, and buying sports cars and setting them on fire, Walt has actually burned through a shitload of money in a very short period of time.

It makes a lot of sense, actually.
