But there is nothing wrong with vague magic. Magic in LotR makes absolutelly no sense but that's fine because it does its job there. What you can't do is think there must be an explanation why Tom Bombadill exists, on how a bunch of Hogwarts students can make something OP like a Marauder's map or why Dany was able to survive the fire. As Martin said, it was a magical moment that allowed magical things to happen. | ||

Doran has no masterplan, he is basically just a cringing scared little bitch (albeit one who is portrayed by an excellent actor), who as Ellaria says has no spine. 1. There is no secret plan to marry Quentyn to Dany, because Quentyn doesn't exist. 2. There is no backup plan to marry Arianne to Faegon, because neither of those exist. So all we are left with is Doran forcing Ellaria and the Sand Snakes to just... suck it up because war is bad? They're making it seem like Doran's long-term plan is to just suck up all the insults from the Lannisters (in addition to their historic feud, which doesn't necessarily exist in the show), and maintain that alliance. If that's the case, why even bother at all with Dorne and about 30 minutes of incredibly bad scenes? | ||

But look at the way the blood pools on the second picture. It's not consistent at all with the previous shot. Shopped! But don't know about the rest. | ||
