Yeah I finally read the books and finished them today. She really isn't in it very much (was actually disappointed in that). I don't know why she was brought back and yet has only killed a couple freys.
I guess though with jamie though we shall see what happens and maybe she will be in it more.
I can't wait for the next book, book 4 was kind of disappointing to me but book 5 more then made up for it.

My prediction is that Brienne will bring Jaime to LSH, then she will force a duel between the two, Brienne being the stronger fighter (and a hand more) will be forced to kill Jaime, or be killed. She chooses to let Jaime penetrate her with his "sword", symbolizing how Brienne would never wed or bed any man unless he beats her in combat. Then Jaime get's real sad but gets to live, and then who knows.
I will never understand why people don't like AFFC yet they like ADOD, to me it is completely opposite, AFFC was far more interesting, where ADOD was the biggest borefest so far in the series. Clearly i am in the minority here

people dislike affc because fuck briene people like adod because DAVOS and the one true king Stannis the Mannis
|
I like both books. But they are less interesting than first 3.
|
I'd guess most people don't like FfC and DwD cause it just lacks the "oh shit!" moments of the the first three books (mainly people dying and that kinda shit). I kind of felt the same way, but on re-reads I do enjoy those books because I find GRRM's writing style entertaining, and they are interesting in a world building and character building sort of way. But in the end they feel like transistion books, and are just building up to more "oh shit!" moments that will happen in the next book.

For me it was because there were more characters added that I just don't really care for and still don't. The whole kingsmoot was pretty boring (imo). I was (and am) way more interested in the stannis/jon/tyrion/theon/jamie storylines.

I thoroughly enjoyed the kings moot and all the iron island stuff

God Sam is so fat in that picture.
I liked AFFC my first time reading and while I liked ADWD I didn't like it as much on the first read. I think both probably benefit a lot from second readings, though.
I'm easy to please - the Arya chapters were enough instant gratification for me.

Maybe Lady Stoneheart, but then: is has Catelyn twice?
Also where is Brienne? is she the one with the small bald child, and who the hell is he? Hmm i think she is the one covered in blood
Love the Lyanna with the Smiling Tree logo rofl :D
|
The man and the bald kid are ser Duncan and Aegon V.
|
I don't think there's a single dupe , aside from Cat/LSH. The tall guy with the bald child is Dunk, from Tales of Dunk & Egg (child is Egg). Brienne is middle-left, between Janos Slynt and Beric.
Who's the 2nd Bloodraven or 2nd Barristan?
|
I think there are two Bloodravens. Isn't he both the archer with the crow/raven on his shoulder and the one-red eyed cloaked figure a bit below that?
I imagine people think that the knight near Dunk is a second Barristan. I'm not sure who that one is supposed to be. It seems like it could be any of a number of old kingsguard legends. I lean Arthur only because of the slightly bright sword, but it doesn't actually seem bright enough and the guy seems a bit too old. Aemon maybe? Gerold? ...Criston?

Barristan is my fault, one of them is Arthur Dayne , cuz u see 2 more kingsguard near him, one of whom is clearly Gerold Hightower, first i didnt notice him, that s why i thought it's Barristan
And there s a one-eyed guy with flaming sword, and another who looks noble but has ragged clothes and an eye patch, both of whom remind me of Dondarrion
"The archer might be Squire Dalbridge or someone else from the watch."
Except for the white hair, the raven and the dragon headed bow

I wondered if it was Aemon at a young age
|
i now would like a version of that fanart with listed names of everyone cuz i'm confused as fuck =x

Bloodraven is the one with the bow, the red eyed corpse is Lady Stoneheart. The guy with the eye patch at center bottom is Euron Greyjoy. To the right of Brienne are Biter and Rorge (wearing the Hound's helmet), with the Hound himself to the right of Rorge.
I've placed everyone except one (with the only duplicate being Catelyn/LSH). The guy to the right of Aeron and the left of Balon. He's not Victarion, who's to the left of Euron. He's not Theon, who is the archer above and between Victarion and Asha. But he's in the Greyjoy area so he must be related to them somehow. But I'm coming up blank.
edit-actually also the character pulling on a hood to the left of Tyrion
