The Tyrion in the show is another hand of the king nothing special, How does he want to continue being the hand of the king without doing anything but bitch around Joffrey and slap him from time to time? I feel like he doesn't do anything. Tell me Varis how is he a good hand? really? They robbed him from all the actions he did which bought my love and appreciation to him. THANKS GOD that Peter Dinklage is such a great actor and they at least didn't make him an utter stupid and he actually can talk. | ||

I've thought about this quite often. 50-60 Million for season 1 and they got a 15% increase for s2 or so is the reports. Although for season 2 they rebuilt alot of sets and relocated where they were shooting, so going into s3 money should be spent a bit more effeciently. | ||

Season 2 feels a bit lacking though ... I know they had to exclude even more stuff (from a slightly bigger book) to include the Robb romance, but it felt like they are changing and excluding too much. I especially missed Blackfish's involvement in the war (it would have been awesome to see a scene of his cavalry cutting down outriders before the Robb assault), Tyrion's work as hand and Sansa and the Hound's "friendship" (if they're gonna do the part in which he appears to take Sansa away during the battle of Blackwater, they should have at least built it up a little bit). | ||
