They've introduced Podrick already. Wouldn't seem worthwhile for them to cast him if he doesn't save Tyrion.

I have now finished reading all the books, so finally I can venture into this thread without fear of being spoiled.

i wouldn't be surprised if bran did eat jojen, characters doing things without full knowledge of what they're actually doing is something that happens again and again (and again) throughout the books.

I read a potential spoiler for Arya's story arc in the Winds of Winter. She abandons her training in the house of Black and White and conceals her identity by joining a flash dance troupe. "Who are you?" "I am no one." "You lie. You are the freshest deadlegger and elbow spinner in all of Bravos." + Show Spoiler +

Jorah encouraging Dany to leave without the dragons was just plain stupid. Decent episode though. I don't know that I mind the deviation in Jon's plot so much anymore but I have to wonder how necessary it really was. I kind of get the impression that the writers just don't like having the script forced on them and simply want to exert some influence.

Waayyyy too much stuff with Jeyne Westerling, wtf SHOW ME REEK/RAMSAY!

All these Dany episodes pimping the House of the Undying, moping around in the desert. I expect 60-min flashback, Rhaegar secretly casted, Battle on the Trident, guest starring Robert Hammertime Baratheon, rubies, et al.
Stop! + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/K8CeK.gif) Hammer time!

didn't like last episode, boring and they skipped on better parts of the book at same time. Hbo is just changing stuff for the sake of changing it...

Am I correct in saying the guy who killed 3 people(2 due to the escape in the series) doesn't even exist in the book series?
I just read Arya slitting a guards throat and don't recall any part of some guy killing every guard in aiding her escape.
wtf HBO?

Jaqen exists but the story of who he kills and how they escape is slightly different
Peculiar the coin wasn't mentioned

The last episode is called Valar Moghulis, I think we'll see him again.

He didn't direct any episodes, he only wrote one, and that's the next episode, Blackwater (according to wiki, at least).

The episode would have been so cool if they didn't skip the whole "Arya makes Jaquen help her free Northern prisoners from the cells and take over Harrenhal". And they also skipped her killing the guard (a northern guard at that). Her body count is not rising. Like Jamie they are changing her character.
This season have gone completely off rails and it is crap. At this point they are spitting on the book material, not "adapting" it

This was probably the worst episode so far, all the "dumb" changes came into spotlight. -The capture of the Halfhand and Jon is really dumb, and it takes a lot away from the characters -The usually awesome Arya scenes did not deliver, i was looking forward for the 3rd name thingy, it felt rushed and lame -Cat's decision to free Jaime comes of as the dumbest thing ever, she doesnt know her children are dead, and it s hours after she confronts Karstark, so friggin dumb -Tyrion's whore problem thingy isn't too believable, i bet people are like how the fuck did Cercei come up with that girl and the belief Tyrion is in love with her, lol? Cuz i certainly was. I kinda understand this fail, since they had to cut the storytime shorter, and not waste time with building this up, but the rest were really unnecessarily dumb - The war makes absolutely no sense, Stannis is 2 days from KL, Tywin is marching to KL, while Robb is alive and well and almost full-force, no words from the tyrells, wtf are they gonna do, Tywin arrives and so does Loras at the same time, and they 're like "hey, nice timing bro let's kick some ass" "but what about Robb Stark" "meh, he'll wait a bit im sure" -oh yeah, and Jane or Tessia or whoever, keeps interrupting the council meeting between Robb and Bolton, give me a break already (nice body though)
