Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

+ Show Spoiler [Spoilers of some kind] + Robert Kirkman has confirmed that someone is going to meet Lucile in the finale. I'm just curious who you guys think it'll be? They've strayed away from the comics before, and I think they do it here again. It has to be someone of a high high value to bring in the shock factor that it did in the comics. Let's discuss our suspects: Glenn, Maggie, Daryl and Carol. I don't see anyone else really having any chance of getting it. Glenn: He met Lucile in the comics. He's the most obvious choice. Maggie: In her real life, she's recently gotten a hair change, and has also started working on a new show. Daryl:My pick for who gets to meet Lucile in the TV show. Multiple sources have claimed to have seen Beth on set for the finale. Rumor has it she's suppose to be a ghost like figure in a vision that is telling Daryl to come to the light with her. He's also a fan favorite and it would invoke the type of emotion this scene deserves. Carol: She's going off the deep end, and looks like she can't take the "crimes" she's commited with the taking of a life. It's all starting to get to her.

Although its hard to say since the show hasn't exactly been the most faithful follower of the comic.

Also, I don't see how what you've posted is any different to what that moderator stealth blue always posts in this thread, alluding to the comics then coming up with some bullshit excuse such as "but without reading the comics, people won't know what Lucile is! Therefore my post is OK!

Discussion of spoilers + Show Spoiler + I got somewhat spoiled by hearing glenn got his face smashed in in the comics. Honestly... I'm kind of hoping he's the one who dies in the end. He's such a boring character compared to when we first met him. Every time he's on screen is just a reminder of how different he is from the fun character we once knew. And yes, I know shit is bad and people change and blah blah, but even during times where he had a chance to be his old self in spite of all that, his character instead is just generic married dad-to-be.

Actually it's quite stupid that it's the Korean who gets killed by the "alpha male" and made to look like shit in the comics: ![]()

And I dunno where the whole "alpha male had to kill the asian!" comment is even coming from. Its akin to saying that ethnicity and diversity should dictate plot.

So we're not even 2/3 of the way through. I'd say 3-5 seasons before they catch up depending on how much filler.

Rick is essentially Batman, and Glenn is Jason Todd if he comes back as a zombie? Basically Batman fails to kill Joker even after capturing him, just like how Negan is still alive after being captured because of the ""if we kill him, we're no better than him!" cliche.
