Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book. |

Unlike many things in The Walking Dead, Merle's death was actually well done. I just wonder why did Michonne come back to prison. Rick just sold her to Governor, she didn't even know he changed his mind.
Merle told her to go back with him (his brother) and prepare for what is coming.

was anyone else really moved by his death? I genuinely felt for the guy despite the things he's done....and they really nailed the brutality aspect of murder in that scene- it hurt to watch that haha.

I think Daryl will kill the Governor too... but he could probably die while doing it. Daryl's arc looks like it could be coming to an end; him dying in one last heroic act (and succeeding) is the only way they can kill off Daryl without pissing off the vast majority of his fangirls.

We all know obviously she won't die for this reason.
EDIT: Place bets now on who will kill Governor.
Michonne - she cut out his eye, he'll be coming for her. Andreaa - kidnapped and probably torturing her now. Glen - still mad about the Maggie incident. Daryl - just lost his brother to him. Rick - leader vs leader.
Place bets, place bets!! I vote Rick. I bet Tyreese

I think Milton will kill him. I feel like these people will die (comic inspired):
+ Show Spoiler +Hershel Beth Judith Carol Allen kills -> Beth, Judith, Sasha and then killed by Tyreese Governor -> Hershel and then killed by Milton Martinez -> Carol, killed by Daryl Milton -> Ambiguous fate Sasha
I'd add Daryl to this list but I feel like he is too much of a fan favourite for them to want to kill.

Can't wait to see how the "tombs" are, going from the title of the next ep.
I forsee many deaths.

I bet Andrea, she gains trust of the group again with this.

I think that only a few people will die from the original group, fewer than you'd expect, maybe 2-3 people. The next season will contain a fresh enemy, leaving the Governor out of the Walking Dead (since he will surely die) but some people from his town might still be active. This is cheaper and easier for a series to do. Doing what's in the comics is not going to work.

Build up character development, then kill them, this is starting to get pretty annoying. Or maybe the directors are trying to convey that we never truly understand the characters.

You should not read/watch song of ice and fire/game of thrones.

They cant kill him of because of his fan girls (and boys). Viewership would drop like a rock if daryl ever died

Pretty sure Hershel is going to die. He gave his blessings to Glenn, had some nice quiet time with his daughters. Can't run. Don't think he'll manage to escape. I honestly don't think Carol will die because well, she is the only one closest to Daryl now. I don't think Andrea will die and I actually like her lol. I just hope that there isn't any romance between Beth and Carl, that is just creepy as shit.
Carol will die, because then we can see daryl evolve through a very extremely dark period. Daryl is a completely unexplored character for the most part. Carol, really doesn't do much, she's almost been waiting to be killed off.
I think either Carol or Beth
Tyrese/Herschel die.
I think Beth, and Tyrese have been completely undeveloped and its very sad. I thought Tyrese and Andrea were suppose to be awesome badasses but so far they are nothing but annoying in the direction the show has taken.

Tyreese won't die yet. His return to the prison (and probable integration into the group) will set up an arc for Rick to realize that sometimes you can trust other people, which will be important for him after the Woodbury bit.
...and then they'll kill Tyreese, just to piss everyone off.

Wow, 3 people want Judith to go? x_X

id really like to see a baby-walker

I doubt that Hershel will die because there isn't another old guy to replace him. In season 2 Dale died and Hershel replaced him. Hershel is the old wise guy, who is calm all the time. The only replacement I could see would be Tyrese but he isn't old. :D

No country for old men. Do they need an old guy if Tyrese becomes the calming influence?

Get rid of the baby, it's keeping them in the same place because they can't reliably be on the road with it.
and the prison is boring me.
