Also, watching inception in theaters was freaking awesome, but the wife of Cobb looked.... freaking scary to me for some reason, theres this deathly chill in her eyes o_o.

Yeah, Moll(?)'s eyes were really big. I just came back from seeing it. It was pretty intense. I really loved how Arthur used the elevator. The ending was pretty ARGH for me, xD. I lol'd in the beginning when Cobb was like, "DON'T DO THAT!" and Juno-girl was like, "Lalala~ I'ma do it anyway." Then she gets stabbed.

So many producers are working with samples for Inception at the moment.

JGL, though his character not actually presented with any significant dilemma, was fine in his role as Cobb's wingman, in fact he's so handsome I thought could go gay for him.

Or maybe I just suck at multitasking. Edit: Ending with the top. The point isn't to let the viewer decide (or try to determine by rewatching the movie) whether or not we're still in a dream level. The point is that it doesn't matter to Cobb anymore what the top says about whether or not he's in reality. The top is spinning there, but he's not watching it. We are. Also, recall that the top is not his Totem. It's his wife's. I've read that his totem is actually his wedding ring - in top level reality you'll see it on his hand. However, the director goes out of his way to make it hard to see his left hand.

You guys find Inception extremely stimulating, and I respect that, but it's mainly because you've been fed with films Hollywood shat out since birth. You're easily fooled. As for my own opinion about the movie, I already said I thought it was a decent action-flick but I'm so utterly confused and disgusted by people (there's a lot of them) rating is as 'one of the best movies of the decade!' 'epic mindfuck!' and so on. To me, it's the exact same thing as what happened with reviews of Avatar - at first there's this extreme praise, then after a year or so nobody thinks it's the 'BEST MOVIE EVER' anymore. How come? So they remade The Italian Job inside Leonardo di (Paprika). What a great concept. You might think it's really 'awesome' right now but It's not a movie anyone will remember and praise in a few years.

When I go to movie I want those moment that will make me go "HOOOLYYY SHIIIIT" that is why I don't go to movies so much because films like that are pretty rare. yea this movie didnt give me the holy shit feeling. I actually enjoy reading summaries/explaination of the movie more as i dont understand many parts of it. but I love the sci-fi of it. each layer of dream has different timing.

I was reading your post, maybe you can expand for me? You said it is not the viewers job to decide whether (Or determine) he is dreaming or not. But you also end your sentence with "We are." (We are watching to see if it falls or not...) Doesn't that imply that we are 'deciding' 'watching' to see if it falls or not? So it is the viewers choice to make a decision I'm lost

You're going about it the wrong way, you're acting like you're better than us just because you like more arty obscure movies that don't come from Hollywood. What makes your opinion better than ours? That you watch movies that no one's ever heard of and will never be commercially viable because they're crappy? And for your information, I hate Hollywood movies as well (I like foreign or arty movies more). I thought Avatar was just plain shit (Pocahontas 3d). The only movies I've liked recently from Hollywood is 500 days of Summer, Kick-Ass and Inception. What a surprise, 8.0, 8.2 and 9.2 on IMDB. High scores for ridiculously good films. Paprika was a ridiculously shit movie, with the standard nonsensical anime ending which doesnt make ANY SENSE AT ALL. Inception displayed the idea a lot better, just because it has the same theme (dreams) and conveys it in a much more understandable manner doesn't mean it's shit because it's "from Hollywood". You're just a movie elitist who thinks too much and doesn't enjoy a movie for what it is: entertainment. I was thoroughly entertained, something that I can't say the same for Paprika. /end rant.
