Posted above me: Donnie Darko is kind of weird, but I enjoyed it. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang I really liked: if you like Downey Jr you'll like it for sure, and if you don't you might still like it.
Watched Unthinkable: it was ok. I wouldn't particularly reccomend it though. Watched Sympathy for Mister Vengeange, it was ok. I think I like Oldboy and Lady Vengeance better though. Koreans sure don't make happy endings do they.
edit: Saw Phonebooth. It started out alright, and then went downhill steadily about halfway in. The movie just didn't really have anything that similar movies didn't do a lot better imo. And...+ Show Spoiler +
The villain really devoted all that elaborate time/planning just to fix Colin Farrell's marriage? How heinous.
Requiem for a Dream sure was depressing. Reccomend it if you want to feel down.
It's a really good film about a truck driver in Iraq who's convoy gets attacked and he blacks out, then wakes up buried alive in a coffin. The entire film takes place in the coffin. It's really gripping.
This movie is absolutely hilarious, highly reccomended!
I have been wanting to see this movie since it was shown at sundance! Alan Tudyk is one of my favorite actors (my tag is a firefly reference to his character actually). Do you know how to get a copy? Is it on netflix or anything?

Had almost no expectations for this movie and it really blew me away! Even now, years after watching it, when I get depressed I think about this movie and what it says. Definitely a powerful flick. Highly recommend it if you get the chance!
"Happy birthday to me" was a really good 80s horror film. For some reason it hasnt obtained a cult status, but its fantastic. Same director as the guns of naverone... If you liked "house of the devil" or the original "black christmas" then youll enjoy it. (gore is really well done, and the ending is fucking evil.)

Bangkok Dangerous- (The original Thai version)... The Nicolas Cage remake wasnt too bad but the original is way better imo. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0263101
^+1 for memento, my all time favourite movie which I'd recommend to every person.
Now for my contribution
Its All Gone Pete Tong.
This movie is rather unknown (especially over in America because its a British movie) but it's absolutely fantastic, like really really good. It's about a DJ whos a complete legend, some bad shits happens to him and I wont spoil it but he redeems himself in a way you could never guess. Truely epic and inspiring.
EDIT: I'm actually going to watch this movie now, haven't seen it in a while so lets hope I can find it online.
