I love how they don't care about what is appropriate and can therefore go out of the box and do really really immature stuff like this last episode. I don't mind, because I loved every single minute of it.
And also, to all of you people who claim there is an underlying message: It's South Park. Even if there is (which is doubtful, because you're watching South Park, not some movie like The Fountain), it's not meant to be taken seriously.
are you serious? there are south park episodes where its completely for fun, but often they will have something interesting to say that IS to be taken seriously, or at least given some thought. There IS an underlying message to this episode, everyone else can see it, even Trey and Matt have admitted they are getting burnt out, why can't you?

It wasn't about dubstep at all. It was way more profound. It's about realizing what this world really is and how you'd want to not understand the things you understand. It's about the world being a big pile of shit. About growing up. About growing apart. This was the episode with the deepest, most profound and true meaning out of all. If you can't see beyond the shit metaphor you're lucky imo. I wish I was that lucky.... Man this is just shit...

Wow. That episode sent chills down my spine. Never thought a South Park episode could be so emotional.

"Im Unhappy to, we both are obviously. How much longer can we keep doing this? Its just like, the same shit just happens over and over and then in a week, it just all resets until it happens again. Every week, its kinda the same story in a different way but it just keeps getting more and more ridiculous."
Farwell South Park, will always love you.
Still though, did they have to make the last episode so fucking depressing, I was having a good day until I watched this and now im depressed as fuck.

It's not done until the fat lady sings. People are really gg'ing prematurely. Bastards.

And 2 more seasons on the contract, is there really any way they can get out of that?

I hope so, I dont wanna see south park raped.

They'd probably get sued, that's ALOT of money the network loses because of south park's immense viewership.

This last episode reminded me of some of the best futurama episodes. It's not really great for its comic value, but the underlying message is more in focus. Watching the cinema trailers through Stan eyes hit very close to home for myself and got me thinking about how I actually approach most things nowadays.
I'm amazed and impressed they can have all these terrible farting noises throughout the entire episode and still make a good show out of it. It was incredible annoying for a while, but the theme is really striking hard because of it.
I still can't decide if I want them to continue something they obviously don't have the same passion for, or if I want them to just continue to make one of the best series out there.

I've been watching since the first season. I was in 7th or 8th grade I think. I can really relate to Randy towards the end. I've really forced myself to like at least 50% of the episodes the past couple of seasons. But I'm such a die hard, I will continue to buy all the dvd's. SP is really the soundtrack to my young life and I refuse to let it die.

I haven't watched a new episode of southpark in forever. I really enjoyed this episode and could totally relate to it lol. Very impressed.

I hope the series doesn't end, but sometimes we can't prevent that I guess. GL to Matt and Trey!
