![]() The singer has such an interesting voice. His timbre is very different from almost all the Japanese music I've heard up to this point. My good friend introduced me to them. Anyway I hope you like it. Some of this stuff has special meaning for me. If you hate it I won't mind either though : D The Four Seasons Third Month, 9th Day They can be a little more heavy on the rock side of things but I couldn't find the tracks I like on Youtube :/

Their latest stuff is pretty bland and sounds the same, but the earlier albums are all must-listens for me. Even if Haji doesn't like Konayuki ![]() The singer has such an interesting voice. Isao Tomita! He was doing electronic music in the 70s before everyone else was. Czech this stuff out! I first learned of his music watching the local PBS station KTEH's sci fi/anime night in the late 90s. Arabesque No. 1 (sci fi fans might recognize this one) The Old Castle

But, well, there is this more recent group called Tomita Lab (I believe it's a direct reference) that plays some pretty hip-swinging tunes. They tend to bring in big name vocalists, as well. Here are a couple that I particularly enjoy. Nemuri no Mori feat. Hanaregumi Zutto Yomikake no Natsu feat. Chemistry Taegataku mo Amai Kisetsu feat. Mikyuki Hatakeyama Kaori to Kage feat. English all the way T.T Yeah Pavarotti's a hack, who cares that he has a big voice, if nobody can understand him then who gives a crap right? And Santana, psh his guitar skills mean nothing since so many of his songs are sung in Spanish. I mean who speaks Spanish, right guys?

Erika Sawajiri + Show Spoiler + http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjpAcLQgjgo lol I remember at one point she had like 5 plus songs in the top 30, talk about an invasion. Speaking of Erika The only other song I have of her. I like how it's not some slow ballad and more on the Rock side. Anyone like Tatsuro Yamashita? I love this guy's voice, it's really soothing and relaxes my mind. It's quite old but it sounds great. Two of my favourites. I couldn't find any of his PV's unfortunately. But you can still listen to his music.
