You took this "you know for sure who's going to win" too literally, everyone get this ad you know?

Regardless the better team will win this series for sure. Most of the teams actually are "saving strats", as we've really not seen any pocket-picks in elimination matches. Everyone but Wings has stayed roughly in the meta as it was coming into this tournament. But what shows up in the games is that the Meta isn't shifting in-tournament, so teams are still trying to win. It just looks like they're not giving it their best/pull out all of the tricks. Which is part of what made The Summit 4 such a dang good tournament, as it was played a week before 6.86 dropped. So we got to see everyone's best ideas, and it made for some really good Dota. The Summit 5 has been a lot more "meh" and "who can throw last?" Dota.

Drow climbed the pick/ban ladder really high as this trend was not so pronounced in the West before the tournament, that's already a small meta shift.

Well, we had a sort-of International LAN last week, and Drow was the king there. Though the fact it was 5 Chinese teams just mean the Chinese meta was in. Though DC was the ones to finally do the most logical thing with first-pick Drow: Mid Medusa. If Drow goes into TI6 as still a phase 1 pick, we'll see a lot better drafting around it.
