A few USA chants are fine but please don't do it too much.
Stop the stupid USA arguments, thanks.
On another note, CDEC flairs are now live. Sorry about the delay on that. |

Hope we see a comeback of CDEC. A 3-0 stomp would be anticlimactic as hell... It's like Starladder 10. Secret beats EG in the WB finals, EG changes up their draft for the GF and Secret just mindgame themselves and crash. EG won that series 3-1 (says 3-2 because advantage), with Puppey letting Lycan through all games even though it was clear as day he didn't know how to deal with it.

pick sumail TA or something

Only time a team has won TI from the loser's bracket is TI2.

I'm able to go on but don't need to. China hasn't won a single tournament in recent months. Take whatever you want from this. But I win. You lost, China won at least 3 tournaments including 1 international LAN with your favorite-before-TI team. They won 2 premier tournaments of 11. And only SL12 had decent western opposition. Things are like they were back at TI3. East has 4-5 top teams, West has 2. West 2 are probably a little ahead of the pack. Secret is not ahead of the pack. They were until this tournament, you can't erase every result before this. It's impossible to tell whether Secret has dropped or just had a bad tournament.

So what you're saying is, the only team in the world that has no problems with tilting is PPD's team? Well then. I said, EG wins, it means they are better but Chinese are still better than every non-EG team overall.
If CDEC does win this after such tilt, EG sucks balls and Aui_2000 is forever.

This is why no winner's advantage is a joke! Because a team that plays that poorly should still have an equal chance of winning as the team that beat them? Yes because cdec is the only team not given a 2nd life. The sole reason why there is no winner's advantage is due to having a hyped finals but it comes at the expense of integrity and fairness. This is not how double eliminations tourneys are run. All the tournaments like evo/sc2 etc run double elimination tourneys properly and fairly. EG already played today, so there's your winner's advantage. This. It is what it is, please lets not debate the validity of CDEC not having a "second life", like in every tournament ever. That's really arguable advantage since you can say EG have the momentum, while CDEC have a fresh match. The concept of momentum is something so silly in sports... As it has virtually no resemblance to the literal meaning of the word. EG had 2 hours to think about plans for CDEC, already a bit tired, probably prepared 99% for LGD. Yeah, I dunno, I don't really buy the winning the previous match gives you an advantage for the next match. At worst, EG and CDEC come on an even playing field, and I think that's fine. I don't think you've ever seriously competed in sport if you think momentum isn't a thing. When you're on a roll, you feel incredible, and when you feel confident, you do everything better. Maybe not for absolutely everyone, IDK, but certainly for the vast majority.
Not to say that it's necessarily an advantage to be coming from the LB here, but the idea of momentum in sports (and so eSports) is utterly legitimate.
