With competition tight as it is (anyone can take a single game off of each other on a lucky day), its slightly better than a coin flip. But its just a weird compromise between cut throat group stage(teams being eliminated) vs far more relaxed group stage(just being sent to losers in double elim which is bad too but not that devastating for all the matches and effort you get put thru), so I get the point, bo1 is needed to keep that balance as i see it.... but if thats the case just dont have group stage imo. If you want each team playing each other then there should be a separate regular season for that. | ||

Inb4 every team suddenly lets leshrac through and leshrac somehow ends up with 30% winrate in main event anyways. Granted, that's not happening, but hey, it would be fun to see (because i do think Leshrac is 6.81 Brewmaster level of ridiculous right now). Also, i hope chinese teams used those 3 days to learn to play support Naga/WW and Techies well enough to not fuck themselves over. | ||
