BKB is a must vs this lineup as all the damage they have now is magical. A 5 second BKB is still good late game it's just not as good as a 10 second but you may not make it to late game if you don't get a BKB. One of the big noob mistakes is not getting bkbs early and not using them.

I mean navi is ahead, but it's not a huge networth lead. They are putting the game on xboct's superfarmed shoulders which is... not always reliable and he's against ET.

Xboct is probably one of the best lategame Gyro players around.
His problem is the early / mid when he dives when he shouldn't - he's a good late game player.
