They lost because Ehome picked a line-up that was designed to win team fights vs. them, avoided all their smoke ganks, and executed the game well.
AA - counters Chen Rubick - counters Panda CK + Morphling - counters Lone Druid late game, great pick for a line-up with no AoE ie coL's Tide - denies a very important hero for coL that they use to win games
coL was doing well in the beginning because their line-up had better early game, but they weren't able to gain control of the game and mid game fights all went Ehome's way.

This is a very good breakdown. Ehome really knew how to counter pick. Also their execution and game sense was A+.
