Notably us Evil Geniuses and us Team Dignitas have not qualified. While it seems Dignitas opted not to attempt to qualify to begin with, EG were previously looking hopeful to secure themselves a spot, but ultimately fell just short, even as the organizers did contact them and inform them that they needed to play additional games in order to lift themselves up into the top four for the North American A-Series.
They knew about it and they didn't try to qualify. So that's good enough for me.

Well there's no real 'source'.
But Dignitas didn't even try to qualify. And EG lost because of inactivity points, which given their recent drop-out of tournaments along with Na'Vi sounds like EG are also looking to go to China or go through roster changes and are not going to commit to going to the tournament.

They had a news post up last week that the NA teams had been decided from Kawa's twitter when really it was just 'who was top that week' and not the final 4.
