The typical casual viewer won't be preoccupied with caring what hero is OP until they have gained some sort of game knowledge. Not to mention Alliance isn't exactly the most boring team in terms of kill quota either (highest average kills in the tourney right now). As an Avid SC2 (Masters) and LoL (Gold) watcher, who just watched that last game as their first ever DotA2 game, all I got out of it was, "Why doesn't everyone just pick Batrider and win?" I'm watching a second game now since there's no League to watch this weekend, but so far it mostly it just seems like a fast paced cf to me, and picking Batrider is an instant win. There seems to be no semblance of strategy that I can tell so far. It's really hard for me to tell what's going on in a fight. Of course, I've also read that most of what decides a DotA game happens in champ select because of the large number of hard counters. So I'm not completely sure. Hoping this game is more entertaining to watch. If you can tell me what to watch for so I know what makes for a good play in this game, I would love to be educated. All I know is the basics of the genre, plus the deny mechanic.

Right now, I'm not able to listen to LD/Lumi cast this game. I would love to listen to them cast this game. I don't understand how that relates to the main BTS or splitting their team up. I just want the option to listen to my favorite casters! Just like you'd get two different streams of the finals of a lot of MLG events so you could choose Day[9]/Husky or Tastosis.

My 2 fav teams alst year were iG and Na´Vi, because both of them didn't go for the "go-to" heroes and actually had some innovation, unlike Alliance. Same shit over and over. I personally put Na´Vi in my compendium to win the whole thing, because I think it's the most likely. Tho honestly I wish for Burning to win TI3, before he retires, but I don't think it's very likely. Heck honestly I don't care who wins as long as it's not Alliance - simply becuase of Loda already. Their playstyle just makes things worse for me. NaVi is the one who plays one strat like forever. We all saw what happened to them after Enigma / Lycan / Jugger were banned at TI2 Finals - they lost hard. Alliance have currently the best synergy and understanding of the game, they are the real innovators, not NaVi.

Some might say BTS (LD + Lumi), while others really enjoy Tobi + 1. I really enjoy Ayesee + Draskyll. So right now, it seems that its all personal preference and there isn't one casting duo that everyone can get behind, at least from what I see.
