Alliance have a small pool of heroes they choose from but the heroes they pick they are really good with. Alliance will rarely pick outside of their comfort zone heroes. One the flip side you have liquid who also have a small pool of heroes. Outside of Bulba's clock and Qojqva's prophet, there aren't any notable standout liquid heroes. Sure they heroes that the players are good on but nothing that says 'we should not give them this hero'.

Of course a teams success and failures can't just be limited to heroes and drafts. At this point liquid just looks completely lost, which is a shame considering that the team is loaded with talent.
