It just seems too easy. EDIT - I'm actually garbage at dota, so I will be the last to brag haha ![]()

he's good in conjunction with other chaos creating heroes where your ult can get by unnoticed, partnered with void he crushes, clockwork, and other types of heroes where you just can't see what the hell is going on so the other team might miss your ult Positioning is key, as maledict has horrible range and you want to want to stay back to ult without getting stunned while being close enough to hit everyone

Yeah E has horrible range (though getting kills with it is pretty funny). I played a few games yesterday with 4 friends running a pretty stun-heavy team so it was pretty easy to do terrible terrible damage with the ult, but I can see what you mean. Which heroes would you recommend with Witch Doctor? Faceless is obvious, any others?

iirc pros usually go 4-4-0 because the heal is sick good in trilanes, while in pubs 4-1-4 is probably better.

I apologize if that sounds retarded because I'm pretty low level. But it seemed okay in this pub game I played yesterday. His basic attack is good and you can always stun and run away if you need to. Or am I just asking to get ganked?

Or am I just asking to get ganked? basically think about it this way. You want to give your most farm to the hero that will use it to it's best - CONSISTENTLY AND RELIABLY. That's the number one thing a carry has to do, be reliable. With WD you need: 1)Aghs to do the damage 2)BKB against stuns, and even then there are plenty of heroes with ults that go through bkb 3)Something to keep the enemy team stuck so that they can't just walk away from you, like Chronosphere or Treant's ulti 4) possibly Blink to get in position WD carry can work...but it's not reliable enough, you're going for MLG plays. It's like going with a carry Lich, sure his ult theoratically does infinite damage but when it comes down to it it's nowhere near reliable enough for him to be a carry. Compare it to a hero like Faceless Void or Sven, that all they need is a Mask of Madness and they're ready to game. Also much more reliable.

Meaning you can last hit safely while waiting for your manapool to come back, then you go for the kill.

I recently switched from HoN to Dota 2, and in HoN, the equivalent of QoP is often played as an offlaner. I see no reason why she could no do that in Dota 2 as well. She can blink into trees to hide and leech xp, and that's really all she needs. Once she hits 6, she can move to gank with her ult. I'm thinking about trying it out in MM. Any ideas?

All spells except ulti requires her to be quite in the middle of things, and she isnt exactly inherently tanky. So unless you are ahead you risk either having to be very careful with your positioning or you just risk dying if you try to use Q/E being in the middle of things. Without being much of a QoP-player thats what I'd guess anyway.

Outplayed unless it was random gold vs no random gold. Matchup depends a lot on where you can freeze the lane early tho

Any ideas? in past HoN metas there were way more dual lane mids and junglers, you would often get 1v1 matchups in the long lane so in that scenario wretched hag long lane was much more viable

What do you do about Bristleback at lvl 25 when he just won't die? My team was up something like 20 kills all game but at the end we just couldn't kill him. I was Witch Doctor and I saw him just take almost my whole Dubstep to the face without dying.
