The reason for this is that in DotA 1, you could not actually re-cast Wind Walks while Invis. DotA 2 let you re-cast them from invis, but the puff of smoke was added so that it wouldn't be too big of an inadvertent buff.

Numbers indicate how many people are cheering for each team, presented by the number of team logos they have bought and equipped in game.

Sweet thanks for the answer!

No, a pudge can easily kill a SF at lvl 2 cause he has hook. At lvl 1, SF still has to be afraid of getting within rot range and any experience SF will just back up in time so they wont get in rot range. If a shadow fiend carelessly dont hit with 3 raze, he will run the risk of dying if the pudge charge at him because of the delay that raze give you might not give you enough time to run. There is a reason why pudge do so well against SF. Wont argue with you since you are entitle to your own opinion and I think only Yango and shine some light on this debate.

how to cancel nature prophet teleport halfway? With TP Scroll, you can just right click to move and it canceled. With Nature's Prophet, you can use the Stop key.

Yeah, I'd think the SF has to be scared until level 3-4, when he gets raze / souls up to enough of a level to make the difference... but beyond level 6 the fear returns in Pudge's favour where a hook + dismember is death.

Smoke of Deceit says it hides you from the minimap. Does this mean that even if you walk over a sentry ward with an observer ward in range you will be visible if an enemy happens to look there, but you still won't show on the minimap?

yes. although after the latest patch sentries wont even reveal on your screen

how to cancel nature prophet teleport halfway? If you mean how to cancel someone else's teleports, then simply stun them. While it uses up their Teleport Scrolls and puts it on cooldown, it doesn't with NP's teleport, and you will have to repeatedly stun him to prevent him from tping out after you cancel his first attempt.

As NP's teleport is a long cast time spell, and not a channel, as Firebolt said, interrupting it does not cause it to go into cooldown or use mana. Instead, he has to begin the cast all over again.

im quite unhappy with earthspirit, this hero can be found in aall most every game atm and his skills seem quite easy to combo. usually i cant get away from him when im support. is there any idea how to handle him? (except from vision, wich i provide via wards as much as i can)

I was in a game where I went Mjollnir on Alchemist as a hard carry. My friends (never playing with them again) started bitching and whining about that item and insisted battle fury was better. What are your thoughts? One of them also said they saw battle fury on alchemist in the International - as far as my memory goes, I recall Alchemist in TI3 having mjollnir, BKB, and assault cuirass more often as a hard carry.
My reasoning for Mjollnir is the attack speed bonus on Alchemist is insanely nice. Battle fury may give cleave, the extra damage, but mjollnir's procs and the lightning armor thing gives great damage output as well. The extra attack speed lets me proc more of the chain lightning and together with assault cuirass, it blends so well with Alchemist's ultimate. Battle fury gives me regen which I can get from my ultimate and the mana regen it gives isn't required given that I don't spam anything other than the ulti when I farm.
Side note: this game was awful... the suicide lane lost and kept diving with at trilane... I wasn't used to playing alchemist so I tried to kill Riki and that backfired. We got pub stomped because everyone wanted to play carry and had horrible decision making. Under all that pressure I tried to squeeze in all the farm I could get my hands on. I made too many mistakes in lane and was quite pissed off hence stupid decisions and many deaths.

sorry double post by accident oops.

i dont think a BFury is needed on alch, his acid is enough aoe to dmg the creeps for farming. in teamfights i would prefer speed over cleave.
it might be something to consider when your team can clump the other team with RPs, vac or black holes. in such cases the cleave might be nice, but thats situational.
and in dota there are many ppl who say a lot (like BFury is needed on bounty) so i wouldnt pay too much attention to that statement.

In a 4 protect 1 setting where alch is the number one farmer and against dual or tricore and needs to be 6-slotted at 30 minutes Battle Fury can be used. In 6.78 Alliance ran Alch with max greed with midas into Battle Fury, but other than that Battle Fury is somewhat unnecessary on Alch I'd say. Usually greed+Midas should be enough farming tools, but maybe with Magnus Battle Fury could be reasonable as the guy above said.
EDIT: spelling

no pro, but my opinion is that molnjir is a good item on fasthitters no hardcarries. Like, Windrunner, Juggernaut(+refresher+mom), EMber spirit because of the chance u do AOE magic damage. Magic damage and AC do not interact, so i think ur better off with BF if u go for a AC. Point is that it isnt a carry item becuz it doesnt scale well. From the moment u buy it, it gets weaker as the game progresses and therefore it sucks on a lategame carry. Atleast the special ability from the BF (Spreading the damage) scales.
And it doesnt give u armour, it gives u extra magicdamage when they attack. When bkb is on, molnjir+buffs does nothing expect flashy lighting So, ur better off with a battlefury (damage and cleave still work against bkb), or u must rly hit an early timing, else BF!
