If one of your allies is magnetized, and he runs by a stone remnant, the remnant will explode and reapply the magnetize debuff to your ally and all of his allies around him. Thus the source of the damage is not actually from your ally, but from the magnetize debuff being applied to you, and correspondingly, Kaolin. Yeah. In case that's not clear yet, you do not directly take damage from nearby Magnetized allies. Magnetize damages the unit that has the debuff, and nobody else. However, if Kaolin places a rock near a Magnetized target, the debuff is given out in an aoe around the rock, so he can effectively force your allies to share it with you. You then start taking damage and become another potential plague-bearer for Kaolin. In terms of Bristleback, it should be Kaolin himself.

I know this is a really broad question and dependant on how much space you've got, how greedy you want to be, how much action is going on but generally I feel as if the build up is just horrendus. If you rush the Radiance (say, brown boots, gg branches -> radiance) then that is a) extremely greedy, and b) means that you can't contribute anything early game. But if you delay that with, say getting Treads, Bracer beforehand - then the Radiance gets more and more delayed, and less useful(?) should I just treat going Radiance as "I'm gonna AFK farm for 10 minutes, you guys do your best not to die"?

Lone druid is borderline the only radiance carrier worth mentioning these days so just kick the opponent out of lane with bear harass (buy Orb of Venom), then kill his tower(s), then when they respond go jungle for a while. I know most pro LD's are going midas into radiance these days. So you could try that (and say no to radiance if it is becoming too hard to farm).

The count is tracked internally by the trigger. Not having a buff directly associated with it means that you can't drop stacks using some form of buff removal. Being able to do so would make the skill weaker if some type of buff removal could drop Quill Spray stacks.

Yeah I figured so, but I guess the obsessive part of me likes to see things like how many stacks i have on someone.

I've heard people mentioning using each other's Bottle, and I've had people share Tango with me, but when I tried to give an item to a friend, he was unable to use it. Likewise, if an enemy drops a Gem of True Sight, is there a way I can sell it? Also, is there a way to see an opponent's mana without clicking on them?

You can't sell gem's and the only way to check mana is to click on them.

Tangoes can be shared by using a tango you own on an ally. That person recieves in their inventory a 1-charge tango. You lose a charge on your tangoes. Bottles can be given to an ally to use. That person has full use of the bottle. Runes bottled by a player can only be used by that player, but the rest of the charges are completely shareable. That is the only restriction (apart from sale of course). Healing potions and Clarity (mana) potions can be shared by using them on allies. Full functionality. Gems are fully shareable, anybody with a gem in their inventory benefits from the gem (exception: couriers). They also obviously drop on death. Wards (sentry and observer) are fully shareable. As are dust and smoke. Note that wards/dust/smoke owned by different people will not stack in inventories. Rapiers drop on death. I'm not too clear on the sharing mechanics here but I believe for a person to benefit from a rapier that they do not own, the enemy must have held that rapier at some point.

Until you lose it and the enemy picks it up. Then it goes into "free mode" and you cannot drop it except on death, fully functional for whoever picks it up.

I managed to get Midas 6~ minutes and died at minute 16 or so with 3000~ gold. I figured that since there was a lot of teamfighting, I would've been off better with early game power and bought Drums, Phase instead of saving up for a Radiance. It helped me get some kills but we ended up losing the game, and I can't help but wonder if Radiance would've been the right call
