Seems like a pretty strong pickup (He said, knowing that right now you could basically say "Nec book is good on X hero!" and be right.) [edit] ne'ermind. Necronomicon is not reset.

If it does, either he gets a shitton of necro minions, or they die when resummoned, which would allow him to deny their bounty instead of being forced to feed them. You would forsake the 600 last will damage the melee minion does. On the other hand you could instantly resummon necros once the melee minion is dead, which is a big plus in my book.

Anyways I suppose you could still go Manta if you really wanted to push since you'd still be able to keep illusions up 100% of the time. It still seems way worse than just focusing on teamfight items though. What about grabbing a buckler/mek on Tinker so he can at least give the +2 armor to the minions each time he pushes or even buckler + basilius*, but that seems like it'd eat too many inventory slots for Tinker? * Do they stack? I couldn't find info on it.

Sounds great! | ||

So I'm just playing him wrong. I'm pretty new to DotA2 and I don't really understand the other heroes as much. So I guess wasting all my mana on Pudge is not a good idea. I do lasthit a lot and I usually get my boots fairly quickly (i've gotten them as fast as 7:30) but I don't really know what to do at that point. Usually when I have soul ring + boots and rearm I just spam march across the various lanes to push creeps back and farm my scythe of vyse. Sound good? THANKS!

Plus blink allows you to position well in fights. Some people buy dagon before sheep. Delay your 3rd level of ultimate until you have at least sheep though, since without it you don't really have the mana to use rearm 3 properly.

I think you mean instead of sheep ![]() who needs hex when you can just eblade dagon them to death~

As good as Tinker is with items, if you aren't playing him as the #1 you gotta give a little room to your carry, especially in pubs where people farm slower. Nothing is worse than a Tinker or KotL that keeps all the lanes pushed so far out that the carry can't find any farm.

lategame just push out lanes as much as possible, at that point keeping the lanes pushed out is more important than distributing farm effectively

I'm actually combining two things: -2x Manta refresh-rearm from DotA which was a thing, but always a joke build -2x Manta from HoN where anyone could do it at one point (shared cooldown was bugged) so it was sort of a legitimate-ish carry build for the like week or two until it was patched.
