Don't lane a melee hero 1v1 against an Axe is the easy advice. Axe versus melee favors axe heavily. He is going to push the waves with counter helix so you can try to last hit under tower I guess and sneak some last hits with void (keep it level 1 for less mana cost) while you bottlecrow.

Bottle-crow, Void for last-hits if necessary. Axe mid's usefulness drops off a cliff if he doesn't crush lane, and Void lets you safely clear Battle Hunger. You lose a lot of farm but he can't deny you levels so you will catch up ganking after night hits.
If its really bad, keep Void on rank 1 to keep its mana cost down when you use it to lasthit, and save the skill points for when it hits night.

I guess always keep mana to void last hits to stop battle hunger, aggro creeps, and try to last hit under the tower. NS doesn't usually win his lanes, he just survives until night with some farm.

What exactly is the best way to lane as LD vs a dark seer assuming I'm solo safelaning?
I just played a game where our team was doing offensive tri, they were doing well and getting kills and mid was keeping their mid busy. Now where I'm basically in a full on 1v1 with him, how is it best to play against him? Usually I'm just going for boots on bear and druid(tranquils if I'm taking harass), into armlet and phase with leveling bear and synergy.
I was doing fine in this game, killing him once and out cs'ing/denying him, but I felt like I could've done way better if I knew exactly how to play the matchup since it's so different from most other lane opponents.

A first item orb of venom is really good with him, allows the bear to be much better at harassing him. Other than that the lane is fairly even unless you are lucky with entangles, at that point you are either going to kill him or force him away from exp. If you are out cs'ing him and denying you are basically doing your job since you are the carry.
With that being said, if you can get rid of the ion shell fast and are good at last hitting while micro'ing the bear you can keep him away from the lane especially with an orb.

Get phase before armlet, the extra damage and ms really helps in 1v1.

are penants one time use only?

Nope. You can use the same pennant to watch multiple games.
I think the "one-time use" is when you use it to combine with other same pennants to get the level up.
I'm not entirely sure what a levelled up pennant does. Increase drop chances?

On the topic of night stalker, any tips on laning him mid vs ranged heroes like QoP? I lost a lot of CS just being zoned out by her harass and had a really hard time contesting runes. I also had to do Sniper vs NS mid, which was easier cause I got literally every rune and ganked side lanes to compensate for the missed CS but it was still a pretty annoying. Do I just have to accept that I'm gonna get destroyed if supports dont buy a flying couri for me to bottle crow?

Better to not be harassed off lane and thus get no experience. Just get lvels and use those levels to kill things at night.

NS vs. Sniper is actually really easy for NS. Sniper can't stop you from lasthitting at levels 1-2 because you have like a 20+ damage advantage, and once you get your level 3 + Bottle, he can't afford to eat that many Voids because his base HP is so low. You can solo kill him with night time because he's squishy and has no escapes. It's one of the few matchups I'd potentially get ult at 6 for, just so you can get a kill earlier (esp if FB hasnt been taken yet).

I'm starting to play TA. Any tricks on how can I capitalize her absorbs? Maybe I'm out of position or something cuz I die more than I should.
Also, months ago it was played with dagger, now with drums/yasha. As a TA starter I feel more confortable with speed build, which one of them is better?

It's very situational. There's not one that's just better. Blink gives you the ability to directly attack the back line, while Drums/Yasha give you fighting stats to fight heroes directly. It depends on teamcomps, how the game is going, etc.

I'd say blink is a lot more fun though. :D

I'd still eat 3-4 auto attack attacks every time i tried to go for a last hit though, plus with take aim you can harass without drawing creep aggro. I went stout shield, should I just have skipped it for earlier bottle?

I can't remember where I've seen a 1 1 1 stats build for AM with treads drums yasha, a sort of poor am who has to help his team. I was forced to go this way in a game and of course you can forget the ez money of BF min 15 + max blink but I was surprised at how well it did, of course it's not naix level of power with the same amount of money but it provided some teamfight presence way earlier than a bf am. So I would like to hear your tips on this, I also picked qb because I still wanted a more decent farming speed.

1-1-1 build for am basically says that you won't be fighting for the next 10 mins and you need the exrta survivability in case of gangs. Skipping bfury if there will be a lot of early teamfights is quite common however you should have 4-1-1-1 to increase your dps in fights in that case
