In mens hockey, there's a penalty for "unnecessary roughing" In womens hockey, it's for "unnecessary contact" I think you can figure out the difference. It's closer to football (soccer) in terms of what's allowed: you can kinda lean into the other player, but you can't bodycheck them or really anything remotely close. | ||

The technology isn't there yet  More seriously I don't even know if facebook allows embeds except for the officially approved ESL one. Regardless, R1CH needs to do some amount of setup work to enable embedding of new/different platforms and I don't think he's bothered for facebook (also it's quite possible that we'd just intentionally not ever embed a facebook stream i'd imagine, since embeds still have a lot of capability to do things we might not want on TL etc). | ||

Its more like nah because nobody develops any new tech for this site. I cant help myself but I feel bad for coL. Its always the same when they make it to LAN: Upset first round where nobody gives them a chance. Lose 2nd round, drop to lower bracket. Lose to another NA team in a close series. | ||

I'd imagine with the sort of traffic usually seen from Facebook gaming events, it wouldn't be worth the effort from R1CH anyway. Isn't ESL the only thing that's a Facebook "exclusive" right now anyway? | ||
