The idea of bottle crowing and creep blocking bothered him too. And that its random. He drank the Riot Koolaid pretty hard back then, but has come back to reality. Interesting - I suppose its there because you would be hitting and not bashing during cooldown, which would increase proc chance for instant proc when it was off cooldown?
