I'm probably not gonna buy a house for a long time after graduation then. also renting is cheaper for sure if you're in GVR or GTA when you take into account the opportunity cost of your down payment and factor in ownership costs

I don't know how long I'll be staying in one region at a time, which is why it's probably a better idea overall, but probably more expensive to rent places for the first while. I'm definitely looking to go to the GTA for at least the first bit after graduation, and we'll see where my career takes me.

Actually I don't know the answer to your question either way.

No, although my old university was apparently famous in Canada (so barely known?) for their ActSCI program.

it's impossible to have a water-based liquid significantly hotter than 100 celcius
there's this process called boiling that turns it to gas at around that temperature

Google salted water boiling point for an example. Or microwave heating pure water.
200º is still way too much though.
|
the operative modifier was significantly
boiling point elevation doesn't get water to 200 celcius
the boiling point of saturated NaCl solution is near 108.7 °C, i wouldn't call that significantly hotter
superheated water takes special conditions to get significantly above 100 celcius and i doubt any common coffee brewing methods create those conditions
|
you can still get superheated water to significantly higher than 100º. It's just not very stable and not something you will find in a coffe cup.
|
what if they serve the coffee in super compressors wouldnt that let the coffee be much hotter
