Not bad really. High on salt, but totally acceptable. The heat pad thing is still simmering. The bread is like some LotR elf bread shit that is 300 calories in 4x6 inches. I can see how someone could make it on one of these a day.

I've been a night owl ever since I was a kid. It started with me staying up half the night reading and fake sleeping every time my parents checked in on me. As I got older I just got the urge to do more things at night while it felt like the whole world was asleep and I could truly enter chill mode. I started drawing more, writing random shit, music & movies, more reading etc. Put a computer into the mix and you have endless distractions. If you're depressed it's also such an easy way to escape things for just a few hours, although a bad way to go about things in the end.

I've been having a "normal" sleep schedule for like three weeks now though and it feels pretty good. 6-8 hours of sleep a night instead of ~3-4 hours and additional naps.or days where you don't go up at all and sleep into the afternoon. This and better eating habits has made a big difference already for me. The days feels really long now though. ^^

But yeah, we'll see how long it takes to fall back on old habits.
