Yes. He went to court and everything. He had a pony tail and always wore some dumb hat in the office even though he was told not to. He just pissed that judge off so much she demanded our firm never sent him again. To be clear, a judge can’t ban an attorney from practicing in their court room. But the judge also control things like when hearing dates are set and if you can have an extension on discovery. | ||
