buying lower-tier runes is efficient in terms of actually getting to play the real game faster but inefficient in that you're buying runes you won't use once you're leveled up all the way
it's especially stupid because you can't jungle (which is an integral role in the pub meta rather than an optional one) until you have like a T2 runepage at least
and then you have to save like over 10k IP just to have one functional T3 runepage
you don't even get all your summoner spells until summoner level 12, and i think you get the infamous flash (blink) at like level 10 or something
that game's a mess in terms of how much you have to do to get to the real game
even if you spend money on boosts its stupid and you can't actually buy runes with money (which prevents it from being called p2w but it's already p2w if you want to have a proper champion pool)

yeah it's kinda what's stopping me that i have to invest alot to play the game normally .. it's like whenever i play MMO's i have grind so much to finally actually get into the game

from a practical standpoint, support + ranged carry at equal skill will almost always outfarm support + melee carry (this probably isn't true in all matchups, but those matchups are so rare that it'll pretty much remain untested at this point)
this became the de facto meta which then became the riot-approved meta
if you pick a melee assassin or bruiser, your team will pressure you to go top or mid
need a group of 5 friends to try non-meta stuff (i pioneered the double smite no jungler meta back in early S2 with my stack but we didn't get to play it enough)

there's no denying, blocking, or pulls, so it'd have the problem of aggro tris in that everyone coming out of that lane is underleveled unless they get tons of kills
and the enemy team has a jungler farming the jungle so your team's getting behind

Yeah, you pick the first hero and the a list of the possible riot aproved champions comes up. You have to watch out so you don't end up picking 4 heroes without a 5th riot aproved champion combination and have to end up playing 4v5.

none of the champions are confined to roles with like... hardcoded restrictions, but they can either kill the jungle camps efficiently or they can't, and you'll get reported by your team and punished if you pick a jungler that can't actually jungle (but i mean, i can imagine the same thing happening in dota if you demand to jungle with like potm or something)
differnet champions fall in and out of the meta based on patches with champ nerfs and item changes (i think tanky junglers are in vogue right now because of a recent item added that makes tanks op)

I think the courier snipe won that game. Before sumail was about even mid, meaning Secret couldn't do the whole sit 3 or 4 top thing. After that he got crushed and couldn't rotate, dark seer was just starting to come online when the game ended, bear needed 5 to 10 more minutes. I think BH is going back to first ban pretty soon
And the Cinderella story of the 6th best team in the tourney ends in a crushing 3-1 defeat in the finals. If only all underdogs could make a run this good.

yeah those were serious shots fired.
but i thought that was the point that the game was over. they were actually too scared to bring the courier out and after that s4 doubled his cs.
its a shame that people are going to complain about the patch when the drafts/lanes are so lopsided
