I think the idea of a podcast as a whole is quite lackluster. It's basically the most unique / innovate thing we've seen from LD staff in the last 6+ months and it isn't very exciting. It feels rushed, forced and unprepared. The members themselves weren't even fully flesh out but 'accepted because they had nothing else going on'. That generally doesn't breed exciting content. Since it's a pilot they have a lot of room to grow and I think if they're going the podcast route, they should do something more unique or interesting and fun in a community sense, rather than strictly dota stats regurgitation.

X team beat Y team at Z event, repeated over and over with no real substance doesn't offer much more than an audiobook of liquipedia.

Believe it or not, I agree with CRMS on the podcast idea and I think a community podcast would be a good thing for the community. I think commenting on the pro-scene is not very exciting to be done more than once before a big event.

I would like them to focus on more community, hero discussion and general discussions about pubs. Hell, they could talk about the best cosmetics in dota and it would be better than a lot of these "high level discussion" podcasts that die after 5 shows.

Pentacore was actually made valid between TI2 and TI3 and the pentacore model created around TI3 is similar to that of a more practical version used by EG, VG, and Secret at the moment

There are a lot of very strong things at the moment - one of which that will likely to be used by TI5 is double necrobook LD

Kupo should be a coach, he has brilliant drafts but no players to execute his masterpieces. That's why staff team lost to irc stack in LPCL, only the highest tier pros can execute his vision.

side note, can we summon andyrau? I need his high mmr mortgage skills. On reddit if you say the persons name 3 times they usually appear. I wonder how it works on LD.
