Although I'd probably reverse HZD and RDR2 if life was normal, since HZD takes much less time. So idk, you're probably busy saving lives, maybe HZD is better. I couldn't get into RDR2 on my first try a few years ago, and only got into it by forcing myself to play the first chapter and a half, which was easy because nyc was totally locked down at the time lol. I find HZD's combat to be much better (RDR isn't bad it's fine, HZD's is super fun) and RDR's story / world to be better and more engaging (HZD's story is pretty good! but RDR feels like I'm living out an full western tv series). Regardless - they're two of my favorite games ever. I did not feel particularly drawn to Outer Worlds and played it for a few hours, put it down for a weekend, and never came back to it. Honestly - once you get used to 0-load-screen open-world games it's hard to go back to regular loading screens lol. But also I think I just wasn't particularly invested in the story, and it's much more of a traditional RPG than the other games and I've been losing patience for caring about min-maxing gear and such over the years. Other people love the game tho, so idk. Maybe I'll retry it. edit - oh also I think that at least on release HZD on PC was pretty buggy, maybe check on that before buying (videogame sidenote - I started Return of the Obra Dinn this weekend and played it for like 9 hours straight, it rules) | ||
