At least it has to be sellable for 10s after buying (and not using it) like all the other items, happened to me that I bought bkb on accident and couldnt sell or disassemble it afterwards, pressed quickbuy to often and didn't want the full bkb just then.
i mean it should just be sellable at any time like a normal item since the duration/CD is tied to hero now and you can't rebuy it

IDK I have really mixed feelings about the changes to offlane, because on the one hand while having an offlane tempo-carrying hero rather than mid opens up some really stupid possibilities for mid, it's not like pre-change the offlane was any more interesting.

old offlane was boring as fuck you just put dark seer there and then he got zoned out of lane and went to jungle
new offlane is fine
comeback gold was really shoddily done though. all of the 6.82 "nerf the winner of TI's strat" changes seemed super heavy-handed to me (especially the glyph change)

Old offlane didn't even exist, anyone who thinks otherwise is dumb.
It was literally the jungle role. You get a few levels in the jungle and then go to lane on occasion to 'prevent' pushes. It was the least interactive lane in the entire game.
The 'comeback' stuff is fine, multiple buybacks being worth it for the losing team isn't. Buyback is more of an issue than the comeback stuff because it makes base breaking super difficult because even if you go 7 for 5 or even 4 the losing/defending team still gets a large swing.
EDIT: Mid being a stalemate only lane is also an issue, though I don't know how you begin to fix that. I guess it's not so bad as we are seeing strong mids again like QoP and Puck, but Lina just shits it all up because she just doesn't lose the lane at all.

eieio actually has near perfect report stats, lol. But he's not a banling, just staff.
He does have powers though. He can news stuff and use HTML and a few other things.
