You mean the mechanic which never should have been put in the game in the first place, and which only became a thing because they overbuffed a set of heroes that facilitated early pushes and because they made clumsy changes to the offlane which allowed all three cores to come online at the same time?
Yeah, they should probably fix it.

im not sure if this is a bug but i just played a game where i only saw the batrider as he lasso'd a hero
what would happen is he would almost come out of the ground and his HP bar would be visible and grow after the lasso.
this happened at least twice that i can remember in the game before i thought it was weird.

Yeah that was kind of a dick move but had nothing to do with the whole of Vega to clump up for a ravage afterwards. But tl,dr: Remove option to pause for EE is ok

Pausing to discuss strategy is dumb, w/e happens afterwards, should have a system similar to BW where only the admin can pause and you have to ask for it.

nerf juggernaut some more anyway (make linkens actually block omnislash)
nerf sniper (seriously fuck shrapnel)

buff linkens (cut down on the recipie cost, a lot)
make bkb sellable
more atos buffs
pipe buffs
alchemist buffs
skadi AS/MS slow nerf

Doubt this would help anything (for online tournaments), players can make up any number of excuses for pausing. They can d/c to get a pause then reconnect etc.
This pause by EE was blatant tactical pausing because they drew stuff / pinged on the map etc. But then again they could just say somebody had mouse problems or so and the other 4 used the time to do tactics.
Edit: not a problem in offline tournaments when an admin is sitting in the room of the players (or they have to be very creative about it)

You mean like when its at 5s ?
At least it has to be sellable for 10s after buying (and not using it) like all the other items, happened to me that I bought bkb on accident and couldnt sell or disassemble it afterwards, pressed quickbuy to often and didn't want the full bkb just then.
