He works for Riot, hes a PHD in psychology that runs their think tank on how to deal with toxic players and reward good players. Its like literally in the first paragraph.

Especially when its about riot.

I remember watching some super SCIENCY presentation by some riot guys about "toxic behaviour". If those are the people Americans give PhDs too, they truely have earned the name of worst gamburgers since forever. They posted paraleluniverse type graphs but they didn't even have any numbers on them or anything, just bars going up and down. Truely the most superior moba.

Riot's dumb anyways. None of their shit actually works.

They say their shit reduces toxic behavior, but who knows. We are all expects here on the internet.

send toxic behavior chat to the grill gamer thread i'm surprised its still open

Toxic is just a buzzword.

So is buzzword, fyi. And the grill gamer thread was derailed by the same group of people that derail ever grill gamer thread on this site. Its what they do. Locked due to derailing.

i dont get it how do you measure toxicity in terms of percentage how is that shit even measured, do they scan each post or chat log or audio log for flagged words? like if i say that article is 'retarded' because empirical data regarding language is not very accurate because it's open to interpretation, is this post considered toxic even when I'm arguing a legitimate point?
One of our guiding principles, and the focus of today's [GDC] talk, is we don't want to be the drivers. We don't want to be the arbitrators. We want the community itself to drive their own community think hes working for the wrong company lmao

oh it finally got locked lmao

I opened a bag of chips thinking they were good, boy was I wrong, turns out 10 month out of code BBQ chips dont smell or taste like BBQ at all. Mistakes were made.

I am sure its super boring stuff having to do with the number of times reported, frequency and by how many teammates. I used to do the tribunal stuff and its super easy to tell when someone is a total ass in their system. The system they are working on now is rewarding good players with better games, which is basically advanced match making.

Britney Spears toxic video much more sexual than i realized
also tribunal hasn't been functional in forever. Riot took it down I can't remember exactly why probably not enough counterplay
