But riki isn't really a bad hero, he has his uses most definitely, especially after his buffs.
Just doesn't fit too well into the pushes that people are doing ATM.

And riki is useful against fragile heroes with escape abilities such as storm or qop :D
Bs is just ... bad ;p
Even farmed in the lategame he's kinda shit :p

situation with bs is kinda wierd, if you buff it enough to be worth picking in pro games bs would destroy every pub game

Why don't people trust us when we say things like Sniper and BS are honestly terrible heroes.
My buddy refuses to believe his sniper is anything but the fucking bees knees cause I carried him a few games to the point where he could rightclick people.

BS dies very fast outside of BKB, has no damage outside of Bloodrage(which, if he puts it on himself will get removed by BKB), Rupture is very good but that is about it, the other spells revolve around him chasing or killing heroes. His silence and rupture is nice, thats it basically. Excellent pub stomper though.
