WOW...i wasted my time literally farming my MMR back to high just to find out that my MMR didnt change but improved and the system changed their rating ~_~..... No wonder the entire day only get 1 high game....
About EG.DotA2 squad: Personally i think each individual player in that team is very talented and they just need to work on their mind set so they can actually works with each other. Would not be surprised if EG try to implement a coach soon to prepare for TI2. mTw already has their own coach and Mouz manager is very involve into the dota2 scene(he play with singsing quite often too). Kicking Demon(or anyone really) right now is totally not worth it since they could cause their TI2 invitation being revoked.

Theres no point in kicking demon hes pretty much EG's key player. Not saying their other players aren't good but put demon on some of his key heroes and he is amazing. It just sounds like he has some personal shit going on atm.
Then again he may have said nigger back when he was on hi2u so who knows.

Also for those talking about the "secondary" names in dota1, Tobi said on stream the other day that it had been confirmed to him by Valve that they will be implementing the secondary names, while some won't be the same as in Dota1 due to copyright, they will still be there

This, absolutely this. Talent is meaningless without dedication, which is a different personality trait altogether. mTw did well at DH because they DID practice, not because they SHOULD. If a team never practices it speaks to the team organization and general personalities of the players, captain, and manager, and says something about the team.

How is that an excuse?! EG is still a top team even without practicing enough. When they practice they will be at/close to the top.
