Just an fyi, basically all of the scourge/dire spots no longer work, while most of the radiant ones do.

So, that aside, what support players does TL consider to be the absolute best of the best? Personally, I don't watch much chinese dota but from what I hear, they have it down to an art form. My personal favorites are NS and CWM for hard support, Puppey, Ivz, and Kebap for secondary support.

Pay attention to the guy in the chat with the name jeremy in the pictures in the spoiler. + Show Spoiler + Honestly these people make Dota 2 the game that it is. We need a name specific to Dota to call people like this guy Jeremy. I was thinking along the lines of Dota-Hole or something dumb, not sure yet.

Now, I feel that when playing a support, you have to be both the most aggressive player on the map, and the most cautious of your limits. You need to set your team up for success, which isn't just buying courier/wards. Figuring out how to make kills happen with a 600hp crystal maiden is fucking awesome. Support is a fun role, the only problem occurs when that jugernaut you have been securing free farm too goes out of his way to buy a shadow blade first or something along those lines.

I'll rather have people like Jeremy then usual guys I get in every DotA 2 match I play who spam caps locked cyrillic insults entire game... without any reason with occasional badly written English curse (something about my mother most of the times) that goes on copypaste for few minutes. Anyway, very often I feel the worst of mankind plays DotA...

Yea, I usually only play support these days and I've realized that if your team does not farm or take advantage of the early game advantage, its really easy to have everything go downhill from there. Worse is that you sacrifice your farm only to find out that your team buys joke items instead of getting the proper items like say a BKB or something. Satisfying? Yes but it can be equally frustrating.

My favorite support is Lich You have a good nuke, don't need item to boost your mana pool and you're useful in teamfights (especially in pub where players are usually clumped). Fun to play too.
