Is there any way to force Steam to upload your local files? I by mistake created a Scratch Hero Build for Techies but since he's not in the game; http://www.dota2.com/workshop/builds - The cloud servers get an error so I can't delete the scratch guide from the cloud servers. However, I can delete the local Techies guide file in my Steam Folders, but it is just reinstated every time I close and open Dota 2. It wouldn't be so bothersome but I can't access any guides I have stored in my Steam Cloud file because of this Techies one. Got it. Go to Steam -> Userdata -> Roaming -> 570 -> Userguides and open the guide you don't like via Notepad then Delete all its content and save. Then Save, Open Dota 2. Close, open it again. Steam Cloud servers erase it.

Not sexualized 12-year-olds or a gosling row of haircuts and electric guitars. Just kids. Shy kids and stoked kids and kids trying to look hard. They wear big headphones and matching hoodies and track jackets. And when they arrive it’s like the thousands lined up around the block collectively decide to become jacked up preteens at a Justin Bieber nude unplugged set. The crowd is so happy to see them. They just want to get inside and watch teams who are really, really good at playing Defense of the Ancients 2–until one of these teams wins five million dollars." He doesn't have to speak this way to convey both his near-pride level of newness to the concept of eSports nor his genuine surprise at how great an eSports event is.
