"This year Valve decided to change the format of the tournament so only 8 teams will be present at main event at Key Arena. As a result thousand of fans already are disappointed by their favourite teams eliminations and are not even going to watch the main event, or at least with the same hype. It's the same as in the World Cup. Once your country gets eliminated you lose interest completely and you prefer to play some dota rather than watch the final.

It is commonly admitted that NAVI has the largest fan-base in the world. The only team i support is NAVI. I don't fucking care about the Chinese giants who are in excellent shape these days. If NAVI gets eliminated, me (and i guess the majority of the dota 2 Europe community) are not even going to watch rest of the tournament. Boring matches all the way. I want to experience the same feelings as last year. The pudge-chen combo made me jizz on my pants, the final game vs alliance made my heart beat at 150 bpm. Chinese teams can't offer the same show. Boring farming doto and mediocre teamfights with the same tanky heroes (tide, ember, alce, bristle, etc.) who make fights last over a minute.

Volvo take my message and do something if you want your product to have growth. You have to let NAVI win at least c9 (i highly doubt they can make it themselves with their current shape) so we can watch more of our favourite team flourish at TI4.
