Hence, soulring is not a trash item on PL and it synergizes extremely well with tranquil boots in your buildup to lategame items. in fact soul ring/tranqs is the best thing you can get if you are sorta loosing control of your lane,which is not uncommon in pubs when there's a 2v2 situation. it's also ok if the hardlaner has a lot of regen and you don't have a kotl supporting you | ||
