If i have to fight things have gone wrong and its going to be a hard game. Maxing Juxtapose out is super important, because at level 11, your second point in phantom edge makes it so your image generation goes off the scale, and you can start to independently push waves with your images, it also lets you proxy farm the jungle Doppel is actually extremely important for farming because Doppel is the most efficient way for you to produce illusions when farming the jungle. It costs less mana than Lance (and has longer duration) and doesn't require you to hit a jungle camp until you proc Juxtapose. Ideally you want to have 4 points in Doppel by the time your items get to the point where 1 illusion can solo a jungle camp (or at least generate more Illusions at a high enough rate that they can kill the camp together). When this is depends a lot on the game, so your skill order should vary somewhat.

Agreed, as always everything in dota is situational, but I'm just talking about in general But yeah, once you're 14-15, you can usually dopple an illusion to a camp and farm it.

I usually just micro them off to the jungle to act as a 20 second ward

Just doesnt jam for me if its an action game. And if its some kinda chill game it usually has its own nice soundtrack that I'd rather listen to.

Juxtapose illusion procs are amazing. Every time one procs, you can send it off to do some (admittedly mild) harass or some very critical scouting. One hit from an illusion isn't going to destabilize the lane in any way you can't fix with some good allied-creep attacking, and if you can't move the illusion before it destabilizes the lane, you probably shouldn't be playing PL anyway. I'll often skip Juxtapose during early laning, though. Most of the time I'll be called on to teamfight at or before 11, and the 60 cost Doppelwalk is a huge help in those early teamfights, letting me reposition more easily and offering more distractions. Dust doesn't last forever, and if you're doing the right thing and pretending you're playing Sniper, you shouldn't be outright killed while your illusions do their dirty work.

It's not like every piece of classical music is slow, sad or chill. Verdi's most famous requiem, Beethoven's great pathetic sonata, Hall of the mountain king... fit an action game very well. And that's just the ones every one knows (even if you don't know the title, everyone knows the theme).

I'm #1 PL on Dotabuff. I don't get soulring. Treads first. Max every skill before stats. Running faster from maxing Doppel is a big deal. PS: don't argue with people you know are wrong.

Check out some russian composers (Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Mussorgsky, Borodin, Dvorak,..). Classical romantic pieces are amazing for gaming, Edvard Grieg and Richard Strauss are also pretty exciting. I've got a spotify playlist with all that and more but I can't figure out how to share that. I've built it for gaming/studying/sleeping, best idea ever. :D Edit: Found it http://open.spotify.com/user/raawow/playlist/3rUFOl6E8m16LSc9YsATcA Guaranteed to push your winrate.
