if you dont enjoy your job & have other options? its a team game and you cant achieve results if you dont enjoy the team.
Well in my eyes, considering navi situation, it all boils down to is ZG a businessman or not. If he's looking at the situation from the business point of view puppeyshould stay because, personally, he brings more to the team. If he's more of a "friend" type of guy xboct will get his way. This is all subjective ofc.
I hope Alliance wins every single tournament plus TI4 to prove that a stable team is more worth than 5 random players who only play together to have one big shot at the TI prize.

Where does that come from? Most of the higher-placing teams have been rather stable.

All that's going to do is kill off new teams next year and force old teams to stick it out for another year which isn't worth it unless you're winning (but alliance just won everything), so you're screwing the entire scene all to "prove" something that doesn't need to be proven.
At 1:12 in this Xboct interview, he reveals that there is definitely a chemistry issue between him and Kuroky at times. They raged and didn't speak to each other, haha.

The reason they are so stable is cuz they are winning everything..The same way iG was..Wait till shit hits the fan and they aren't considered the top team in Europe..We will then see the true stability of that team

i'm positive that Loda's ego will fuck the team up
Also 'Alliance' isn't exactly a team thats stable. Its a team that formed out of players post TI2, did a pickup/kick, and then won. Its very possible it can splinter

? Loda typically ends up on teams that support him well and have people that get along with him. More than anyone else, Loda understands what a team means. I highly doubt that Alliance right now would do anything short of people just quitting the game all together.
If it was another player leading the team maybe, but not with Loda.

You do know drama surrounds Loda pretty well historically, right?

I think there is something to be said about stability, but when you talk about stability, I believe the fans need to look at the scene as a whole as opposed to the players who jump around. With any sport and/or game, you'll never be at your peak unless you are surrounded by players who you don't only "put up with"... But players who you legitimately like. In the end, no matter how much you like someone, if you feel you can't make your career off playing with them, your relationship will drive off the freeway and there is nothing in the world that can stop that.
Of course, we saw the power of the dota 2 community... What was it? 1.2 Million extra in the TI3 prize pool due to 4.8 Million invested into the compendium, into dota 2 and valve who have done such an amazing job with everything? It is clear... That in the end, the dota community hold the power to decide what goes and what doesn't. If a stable scene is what the fans want, then the fans need to deliver to create a stable scene. This could be done in many ways, through valve and/or any dota 2 fan site. The biggest thing the scene needs is a league that leads up to the International. If you can minimize the off-season, you open the road to more stable teams (overall - while still getting their required changes every year). Let's say you had a dota 2 league that ran for each continental divide, starting 2-3 months after the International and ending sometime in June... You'd have an unbelievable amount of new talent, you'd have more developed talent and you'd have a far more educated basis off of which to invite teams to the International.
I'm not saying any one person would have to do something like this, but if the fans demand it, and the fans make it possible through financials, I guarantee someone will pick this up. I personally would like to see valve run something like this to be honest, however, from their perspective, something like this would probably be better delegated to the community pillars instead.

you might say, they're **already have my sunglasses on** THE alliance
I was talking about a stupid, no-brain changes. His chances to win and win BIG are much more improved with NaVi. Put aside that i'm a huge fan of them. If you are an NBA player you certanly want to play for Miami with LeBron and DWade and other stars if you have interest in winning. Same thing here. Same thing in any sports. Of course if his goal in Dota 2 career is to jump around various teams from TI quals to TI quals, then by all means, go Sasha. But if he wants to be at the top, NaVi is the way to go.

A change based on emotion and personal clashes is not a stupid change though... Eventually it will affect performance and may have affected performance and TI3 more than we can really know as spectators, I believe puppey said something about people not following strategy vs TongFu didn't he?

But can you expect the same results if the chemistry is not there? Remember when Na'vi was in a slump due to issues with AA and LOH? You cannot expect results if their isn't team cohesion, this has been proven time and time again. Also all the rumors point to Kuroky and Puppey? leaving Na'vi not Xboct.
Puppey is not leaving, no matter what others say and think, he is the most important part of NaVi's succes, they know that, they ain't letting him go for sure. Also if Puppey stays, it seems that Kuro stays to. Maybe only Sasha is leaving, but he will come together after some time. After all, money brings people together :D

Except xboct seems to be closer to Na'vi management than Puppey is. Also Dendi also has some issues with Kuroky and is very close to xboct. Money also breaks people apart one of the talking points in the rumor of the breakup is they disagreed on what to do vs alliance in game 5 which in their perspective, lost them the game and an extra 800k $.

You think? Isn't Puppey the one who was behind Lost and AA getting kicked? As I know XBOCT was against that, and Zero went with Puppey on that one? Also, that was one game, Puppey's decision making and strategic brilliance won them two 2nd places and over 1 million in 2 years. Maybe he made a mistake in game 5, but without him, there is no game 5, there is no top 3 for sure in either of TI's they went second placed. Also this years NaVi is like 15 times better than the last years when they got 2nd place out of sheer inspiration. This year they were consistent, determind and very, very dominant.
