PPD is playing for Dignitas in MLG online league, but looks like he's only a standin. Seems like he screwed his friends over to get a chance to be in a bigger/sponsored team. Now Team Stay Free need to look for a replacement. But why would Dignitas need six players? Maybe Korok or Bdiz are not yet allowed to play due to contracts or something like that? They're trying out players, I doubt the Dignitas roster is final. Looks like EG's new roster isn't doing too well. Darkfalco (NADota player) said on stream that they lost all their games/scrims vs the new Dignitas and Kaipi. Well from watching the new EG roster stack in IXDL and lose it isn't really surprising. I am kinda bummed they didn't drop Demon. Team could have been so legit if they could just find a way to cut the baggage he brings to the team. Yes he makes big plays sometimes but the guy doesn't have the attitude or the heart of a winner. He tilts hard easily and loses focus equally as easily. I'll never forget the time Jeyo was going to practice 1v1 mid matchups with him on stream. Jeyo destroyed him 2-3 times and after about 10 minutes Demon said "ok im bored of this" and went back to pubbing. Say what you will but that right there is when I knew that guy could never be a champion. The whole new EG NEVER play on ixdl altogether. Just saying... If you are using F D J U M rumor roster, it's been confirmed by the pros on streams and nadota and joindota forums that it's a complete fake rumor for days now. The rumor is fake, but there may be some substance in the rumor. Universe, Demon, Fear and Jeyo were playing on IXDL together for a number of games (on the same team). Universe and Demon were also Skyping together on a couple of Demon's streams. It means that they have been conversing together and potentially could be in discussions to play together.
While it doesn't confirm anything, there is a small case that playing together in pubs (and on Skype) is a small sign that pros might end up playing together in a team. Definitely room for speculation on that roster. Some examples:
1437 was skyping and playing with Sing a lot before joining Mouz EGM was skyping and playing together with Loda and his stack before joining Alliance Jerax and Select were playing together a lot with the rest of QPAD before joining QPAD. Aui was skyping and playing together with Envy a lot before joining Kaipi.

I thought it was known that Universe was joining EG like, pretty much 100%

I have all the EG member followed on my stream and ALL 4 of these guys only played together in the same team on ixdl 1-2 times at most. And Demon mentioned that F D J U B instead of M is not correct either.
It's usually Demon Fear and Universe plus some random guys on ixdl. MSS usually played one game with them each night. And Demon also has ixdl players on his skype. MSS, Pandaego, wtfbananamagic are the players I've seen on skype with him so far. Can't really take thing seriously from this.
I agree that MSS is likely to join, but then again I noticed something after the game ended, I heard him saying something like "I'm done for the night, I have to keep my time on schedule here". It feels weird for him to join EG and move to SF with such strictly schedule.
Also, Jeyo's spot might not be as safe as we all think.

I heard that out of all the reshuffled NA teams + Kaipi that Liquid is the strongest at the moment. Heard that they are doing well in scrimms. I can't wait to see them in weplay.

I love it. the story line forming already.
Eternal Envy kicked off the team now known as Alliance, Sing Sing had EGM on his team until EGM said "swedes bro" and the Aui vs Loda rivalry. Now after carefully reforming a group of talented, motivated individuals and one way or another has a story line against [A], Envy has summoned the finest warriors to join his cause into defeating Alliance 3-2 in the grand finals on TI4.
Envy crying while holding up the aegis high thanks all his fans, mom, team and anime. I ALREADY PREDICTED TI4!

if fear doesn't have an entirely new squad I'm going to question his actually abilities as a team leader/captain. He can be the best player in NA but his roster building has been questionable at best. Dota is a 'profession' now so he can dump his friends to try and be a champion, it's not 2007 anymore with nothing on the line.

Why do you think that? You can't play well with people you hate or don't get along with.

Funny how people bashing Demon a lot instead of giving him a chance this year. He's been scrimming and playing dota a lot more than ever. I didn't like him before but at least I'll wait and see with my own eyes before I judge him this time. And people should do the same, unless you're the hater then oh well. Demon is a good player skill-wise. You're blinded and probably know nothing about dota if you think he's bad. He just needs to fix his attitude and be more committed. Fear treats Dota as his job but Demon doesn't. And that's what Demon needs to fix.
Jeyo on the other hand, looks very committed but his hero pull is so small and his skill is not at the top level. And I think he might get replaced because he's the one that makes it hard for Fear to work around the team's position.
And yes, Fear seriously has a major problem at drafting, which is really sad.

He's also one of the biggest playmakers in mid.

What is the new Liquid lineup? Is it known?
|
Rumored to be Qojqva, Fluff, TC, Bulba, and WayToSexy
|
At least Fear makes his team play all sorts of different strats from one game to the next, from lategame splitpush, to global ganking, to ubermassive teamfight, to hyperpush strats with lycan, even broodmother strats sometimes. Nearly all other teams try to do the same thing 9 out of 10 games. If this means he sometimes ends up with a stinker of a draft with something like a complete lack of disables then so be it, I'll sure ass hell watch it!
Makes one wonder how much better EG could have performed if they could have settled their roles and focused more on one or two overall strats.

May be or may be not. You don't know that. No one knows that. And fyi you shouldn't be blabbling around with a false information, his job and his contract are actually never on the line.

Usually starting a sentence with "perhaps" implies "we don't know that" and means people don't have to answer with "we don't know that". Also I'll speak from authority too and say that his contract was on the line ! I won't provide additional info, I'll just speak like I know it and hope my post was impressive enough for people to not ask how I could possibly know that.
