ah fuck another one of these, ask fucking razer tech support
I drop my mouse constantly and it's fine. Hopefully they stand behind their product.
get a salmosa man. i have 4 different razer mice of which the salmosa is easily the the most comfortable and nimble. i used to use krait cuz i thought it was sexy and small. it is a white fat ho compared the salmosa.

Perhaps you could take the screw into a Lowes or Home Depot. Maybe they could find you a screwdriver bit that would do the job.
btw I also use a Krait and I like it a lot
the screwdriver you need is called a "triwing" you can find them online, they are commonly used to open nintendo products. its not an exact triangle, but has 3 tips, and will work in that screw just as good as a triangle one.
Logitech has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, you could impale a logitech mouse with your triangle screwdriver and they'd still send you a new one.
thanks to all for the advice...ill try the triwing screwdriver....its available at www.playasia.com...if that doesnt work...ill get the g1...:-|
damn I thought this thread was gonna be full of pics of your newly bought razer krait and pictures of you opening them and the contents inside and pictures of the mouse etc...
disappointed
My favourite mouse was the krait, really loved it, everything aside from other razer mice are slow in comparison
take a pen cap light it, then push it down on the screw, to have the pen cap adapt to the screw shape.

Damn you, I was about to say that.
OP: How the hell can you not figure that out yourself?

It would have been nice had you posted this TWO YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS RELEVANT
