also what I think makes it harder is there are more players who are pretty good nowadays compared to back when he was active. Maybe its because i was better back relative to how I am now, but it definitely seems like there are more people now capable of playing good games compared to back then where after say the top 5-10 players there was a considerable gap. edit: btw as cool as you were saddles theres no way you were better than Smuft, Daaman or Testie back then. Even if you played them and had even or winning records or whatever, I dunno how the games worked out but you just werent. For sure. | ||

Battlereport: Saddles goes muta vs terran, loses a ton for no reason, destroying maybe 2 scv's, terran attack moves (army moving in a complete line) and saddles dies horribly. Judging from that game Saddles is D max. I didn't complete watching but in game 2 I saw 2 reavers being unloaded on a mine after which I closed it and assumed he lost. Saddles if you want to get an idea of how to play I suggest watching some bisu/best/stork/free vods first and looking into the TLPD at the maps. The way you're playing now isn't going to get you anywhere, builds have been so perfected lately, you can't get away with anything anymore. And watch a zerg vod of the last few years to get an idea of muta micro nowadays, it will blow your mind. | ||
