If you haven't played counter strike or counter strike source, they have a feature called Source TV (or HLTV for 1.6) where you can add a source tv relay to your server, and then people can join the source tv relay instead of the server so they can spectate the game (without any risk of lagging the players).
As an added bonus it has the ability to delay the "stream," so that you can have the source tv show what happened a certain amount of time ago (for starcraft this would have to be pretty high, but in source they usually have it around 90 seconds or 2 minutes), which helps prevent obs abuse.
It already existed for Starcraft and was called BWTV... Unfortunately Ashur stopped working on it when it was almost complete.

Yes, HLTV is just so amazing for those who like watching counter strike game. I really hope we will see something like that in SC2 even though I doubt it :/ I don't see what the problem really is. It can't be that much more difficult doing it for an RTS than a FPS.

savior changed his hotkeys a while ago. he used to use 1-2 for units and 3-0 for hatches but now is using 1-4 units 5-0 hatches like jaedong. that's why flash thought he was playing jaedong.
